Summary created out of 251 reviews

The park benefits from an excellent location with a direct bus connection to San Sebastián – the stop is practically at the entrance and takes you to the city centre in 20-30 minutes. Guests appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities, although maintenance needs improvement: several showers are broken, lights turn off too quickly, and some toilets are loose. Pitches are often sloped, cramped and sometimes poorly maintained with long grass, and many feel the price is too high for what's offered – especially outside high season when the pool and shop are closed.

It was a fantastic experience. We arrived late without a reservation, and the girl there—I don’t remember her name—treated us great and took care of everything very quickly. She was brunette with short hair. The next day, when we actually had a reservation but ended up deciding to leave, another girl—a blonde—canceled our reservation for us without any trouble at all. The service was spectacular—they’re friendly and very professional. The facilities are great. I highly recommend it.

A nice campground near the city. I can’t say much about the outdoor area—it looks like just a parking lot with no shade and no restroom facilities.
The drive there was okay, though a bit steep—but it does offer a great view of the coast. If you’re cycling the route, the drive up gives you a good idea of what to expect. You’ll either need an e-bike, be in great shape, or be looking for a athletic challenge. But there are plenty of cyclists out there, and it’s doable. Otherwise, a bus (No. 16) leaves from the campground for the city—that’s the most relaxed way to get there.
The campground is quite tight, and you sometimes have to maneuver a bit.
For waste disposal, it’s best to back up into the spot; otherwise, things can get a bit tricky (I watched the spectacle for a few minutes).
The restroom facilities are okay but a bit dated. Otherwise, there’s a small supermarket and a pool. If I were to go to San Sebastián again, I’d stay there, but not during peak season, since I find the prices completely exorbitant.

We stayed for two days at the RV park near the campground. The restrooms were very well maintained, and we had access to the campground’s showers and laundry facilities, which were spacious and very well maintained. There’s a bus nearby for visiting San Sebastián.

We went to visit him because my wife used to go there when she was younger, but the girls at the front desk either weren't very eager to work or hadn't received any training or information—their response was simply, "Check out the website."

A Total Disappointment: A Drastic Drop in Quality from July to September
This was my third stay this summer at WeCamp San Sebastián, and I’m very sorry to say, it will also be my last. We stayed there in July and August, and the experience was great, which is why we came back without hesitation. However, on this latest visit in September, the decline in quality has been drastic and truly frustrating.
The main problem was the restaurant, where the decline in quality over the course of just a few weeks is alarming. Everything was completely disorganized: wait times for even the simplest requests were excessive, and the service plummeted compared to what we experienced just a month ago.
To make matters worse, the treatment we received from one of the managers (a bearded man) left a lot to be desired. Instead of offering any solution to the slow pace and service failures, his attitude was apathetic, distant, and lacking in empathy—unbecoming of this establishment. He seemed annoyed just by having to serve us.
It’s a huge shame to see how a place where we’d felt so comfortable in July and August has declined so much in hospitality and service from one month to the next. We won’t be back.

No volvemos.
