The park benefits from an excellent location with a direct bus connection to San Sebastián – the stop is practically at the entrance and takes you to the city centre in 20-30 minutes. Guests appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities, although maintenance needs improvement: several showers are broken, lights turn off too quickly, and some toilets are loose. Pitches are often sloped, cramped and sometimes poorly maintained with long grass, and many feel the price is too high for what's offered – especially outside high season when the pool and shop are closed.

Way too expensive, staff not very friendly, terrible service, sites too small (I had to move the bikes so the RV could fit entirely inside), the showers are very far from the sites, no Wi-Fi

I only stayed one night, but the site was great for a motorhome. The rest of the facilities were very good.

We've been here for several days now, and the kids are thrilled.
The staff is very attentive. We loved being able to have a drink on the bar's terrace while the kids played in the playground across the street as if nothing were out of the ordinary.
The waitstaff are super attentive and very friendly.
Tip: If you want takeout pizza, it’s best to go first thing in the morning.
One more thing: the supermarket has pastries and coffee to go that you can enjoy at your leisure on the terrace by the swings while keeping an eye on the kids.this is a translation, click here for the original

The campground is way, way, way too expensive for what it offers. Two adults and two dogs cost almost 80 euros... The sites are tiny. It was barely possible to park our 7-meter RV. We couldn’t extend the awning. Plus, it was very crooked...
The first spot we were assigned was completely unusable.
The restroom facilities are dirty and neglected, with many defects and mold everywhere. The swimming pool is completely neglected. The same goes for the “store.”
The charging station for electric cars is located right next to the gray water disposal station, so you can’t discharge gray water into the sewer if a car is parked there.
The staff was generally rather unfriendly.
Rarely have I felt so taken advantage of.
Unfortunately, there are few alternatives.
One more note:
The combination of a motorhome and a dog makes it difficult to reach San Sebastian, since only small dogs are allowed on laps on the bus.this is a translation, click here for the original

I think I paid €180 for two nights in a van. Thanks to good luck and the kindness of the staff, we were able to set up at the bottom of the campground, which I rate 4/5: fresh air, scenery, peacefulness, and cleanliness—despite the poor value for money. However, we were originally scheduled to stay at the off-site RV park, which I would have rated 1 out of 5: no trees, far from amenities, and at the same price—€180 for a upgraded Park4Night—no thanks.

We stayed at Beth Tell for 3 nights. The accommodations, the restrooms, the staff, and the location were all excellent.
As a suggestion for improvement, I recommend specifying the type of coffee machine so guests can bring the right capsules.
The restaurant service could be improved, as we weren’t able to have dinner there any night.this is a translation, click here for the original
