Street parking is available, although it may take some time to find a space. The hosts have three friendly dogs and a cat that may move around freely on the property. Guests are asked not to feed them, and pets are not allowed.

Weekday construction work nearby may cause some noise and extra traffic. The apartment is for registered adult guests only. Parties are not allowed, smoking is only permitted outside, and candles are not allowed.
