Just a 15–20 minute drive from Camping Begur you’ll find two great parks for an active and enjoyable day out. Parc Aventura Costa Brava in Platja d’Aro/Pals is an exciting climbing park with rope courses, zip-lines, and various elevated trails, suitable for both children and adults. The different difficulty levels make it perfect for the whole family. For a day full of water fun, Aquadiver in Platja d’Aro is highly recommended: a large water park with slides, wave pools, and special children’s areas. The perfect campground for a few peaceful days, equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, in a great location near the area’s most beautiful coves, with a supermarket just 1’ away that has everything you need at very reasonable prices. The only “downside” is that check-in is at 5:00 p.m., which means you lose a whole day right off the bat.

We made a short visit in 2023, and after a few wonderful days, we decided to set aside more time for this area in 2024—Begur and its little bays (especially Sa Rierra for us), but definitely the surrounding area as well. We went back again in 2024 for 10 days, did the same in 2025, and spent another week there in 2026. The kids really want to come back here 😁
The campground is divided into sections, with both small and larger sites. We’re parked near the animals on a larger spot, and we’re very happy with it.
It’s a campground with a lot of diversity—tents, trailer tents, RVs, etc.—as well as private tents and lodges. We were here with our trailer tent.
The restrooms are clean and adequate. They’re cleaned regularly, too! Absolutely great!
It’s quiet, but there’s a lively atmosphere (in a fun way) thanks to the swimming pools and the central ping-pong area where kids (from little ones to older ones) hang out. There’s an occasional evening disco, which is also a lot of fun.
The reception desk, the restaurant, and definitely the entire team are very friendly and helpful! Great!

In 2023 kort geweest en na een paar mooie dagen besloten in 2024 meer tijd uit te trekken voor dit gebied. Begur en zijn baaitjes (voor ons vooral Sa Rierra) , maar ook zeker de omgeving. 2024 nog eens teruggeweest voor 10 dagen, idem in 2025 en in 2026 nog eens een week. Kinderen willen hier graag terug 😁
Camping is opgezet in gebieden, met kleine en grotere plaatsen. Wij staan bij de dieren op een grotere plek en dat bevalt prima.
Het is een camping waar ook veel diversiteit is, tenten, vouwwagens, caravans, etc en eigen tenten/lodges. Wij waren hier met onze vouwwagen.
Sanitair is netjes en voldoende. Wordt ook regelmatig schoon gemaakt! Helemaal top!
Het is rustig, maar leeft wel (op een leuke manier) door de zwembaden, centrale pingpong plek waar de jeugd (van klein tot iets groter) elkaar vind. Af en toe disco op de avond dat ook erg gezellig is.
Receptie, Restaurant, maar ook zeker het hele team is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Top!
