Park 451 is praised for its excellent cleanliness throughout the entire site and sanitary facilities, with multiple guests noting that everything is cleaned several times a day. The staff receives commendations for their friendliness and professional helpfulness, although some guests noted that not all staff members are multilingual. The swimming pools and slides are a major highlight for families with children, and the restaurant offers varied options with good value for money during special evenings. The spacious pitches and bungalows, entertainment with shows and activities, and the central location near Barcelona complete the park experience.

Do not go to this campsite . We booked via Eurocamp. Our mobile was subject to a burglary and broken in to during the day while we out for a few hours. We have since found out that a number of mobiles have also been subject to burglaries in the past few weeks before our arrival on the same row of 14 mobiles Both eurocamp and the campsite have … their heads in the sand and not accepting there is an issue with security on site. Completely ruined our holiday and total lack of customer service. The site and Eurocamp themselves refused to engage with the police on our behalf. Leaving us to find the correct police station/authority which to attend in person. No matter if this is normal procedure, it is not what you expect as company policy. Totally let down in desperate circumstances and feeling very unsafe. This place is not safe avoid at all costs and go somewhere else

A disappointing stay due to several instances of staff behavior that made us feel very uncomfortable.
On several occasions, when returning from downtown with other guests, security guards let us into the campground and then followed us or stopped us to ask which unit we were staying in. What bothered us was that other people entering at the … same time were not subject to the same checks. We understand the need for security checks, but they must be applied clearly and equally to all guests.
We also had a very unpleasant experience at the campground’s front desk. We were standing in front of the reception desk, but the staff member didn’t ask us her question at that moment. She let us walk on, and then, after we’d gone nearly 100 meters, she ran after us shouting “Sir, Ma’am” in Spanish. We didn’t understand what she was saying, so we asked her to speak to us in English or French. From that point on, her tone became very unpleasant, and the situation turned into an argument.
This is unacceptable at a family-friendly, international campground. We don’t object to the rules or the inspections, but they must be carried out with respect, calm, and in a way that treats all guests equally. The recurrence of these situations made us feel like we were being singled out and ruined our stay.this is a translation, click here for the original
