The immediate surroundings of Lalín are a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. Just a 25-minute drive takes you to the Serra do Candán nature reserve, where green hills, forests, and rivers provide breathtaking views. Even closer by, you can discover beautiful routes, such as the cycling paths of the Rías Baixas. Here you cycle along vineyards, hills, and charming villages, with views of the Atlantic coastline. For a quieter outing, Silleda is only 10 minutes away: a lovely village with waterfalls and cobbled streets where time seems to stand still. It's the perfect place to completely unwind.

Within walking distance of the park, you'll find the baroque Pazo de Liñares, a 17th-century monument with museums on archaeology, toys, and even Spanish aviation.     Large pitches in the forest and beautiful campsite! Short drive (30 mins) from Santiago de Compostela. Very friendly staff. Kids loved the pool and playground.
    Didn’t visit much in the area. It’s nice for cycling and walking. Calm, countryside location.

    We had a really nice vacation at this campground. Keep up the great work, team! We parked our RV on the larger field. Very spacious sites and a peaceful atmosphere. There’s a small wooded area behind the campsite for the kids. Really nice! There’s also a new restroom building, so you don’t have to walk all the way to the main building. Convenient! We’re big fans of the atmosphere and friendliness at Huttopia. The center is bustling, and everything you need is right there. The kids played for hours with the games, wooden toys, playground, and sports equipment. The pool is also really nice. The staff is friendly, and everything is clean! You feel a strong connection to nature because there are no paved concrete roads, and the car-free area is another plus. Of course, the wooded area does mean dirty feet and dust. But personally, we don’t see that as a downside. We did find it difficult to park our RV on our site. There were slopes, uneven ground, and potholes everywhere… we couldn’t even get it level with blocks. We also had a hard time setting up our dining table and kitchenette. Tip: Perhaps flat areas could be created with stones for campers and caravans (e.g., just a strip). We did have hot water and very good showers and sinks. We also used the washing machines, and they work well. Please note if you plan to take the bus. According to Google, you can board in Prado, but this is incorrect. The closest stop is at the pharmacy in the village a little further away (you can walk there via the pilgrimage route). We (a family with four children aged 4–10) are big fans of Huttopia and want to visit many more Huttopia campsites!

    Wij hadden een heel leuke vakantie op deze camping. Doe zo verder team! We stonden met onze camper op het grotere veld. Zeer ruime plaatsen en rust. Achter de kampeerplaats bosje voor de kinderen. Heel fijn! Ook nieuw sanitair gebouw zodat je niet helemaal naar het hoofdgebouw moet. Handig! Wij zijn erg fan van de sfeer en gezelligheid bij Huttopia. Het centrum leeft, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Kinderen speelden uren met de spelletjes, houten spelen, speeltuin en sportmateriaal. Ook het zwembad is erg fijn. Personeel vriendelijk en alles netjes! Je hebt een sterk contact met de natuur doordat er geen aangelegde betonnen wegen zijn, ook het autovrij gedeelte is een pluspuntje. Het bosrijk gebied brengt natuurlijk wel ook vuile voeten en stof mee. Maar dat lijkt ons persoonlijk geen nadeel. Wij vonden het wel moeilijk om op ons perceel onze camper te parkeren. Er zat overal helling en oneffenheid, putten,… zelf met blokken lukte het niet. Ook onze eettafel en keukentje konden we maar moeilijk installeren. tip: mss kunnen er voor camper en caravans met stenen vlakke zones gemaakt worden.(bijv. enkel een strook). Bij ons wel warm water en zeer goede douches en afwasbakken. Ook de wasmachines gebruikt en deze werken ook goed. Let wel op als je de bus wil nemen. Volgens Google kan je in Prado opstappen maar dit klopt niet. De dichtste halte is bij de apotheek in dorp iets verder (je kan via de pelgrimsroute wandelen). Wij (gezin met 4 kinderen tussen 4-10 jaar) zijn erg fan van Huttopia en willen nog veel Huttopia campings bezoeken!
