The truth is that the bungalows are super clean, and in that regard, we have no complaints\. However, our experience was completely ruined by the noise and the lack of foresight regarding some tree-cutting work\.

We were woken up at **8:00 a.m.** by trees being cut down right above our bungalow. The noise was incredible—it felt like someone was drilling into our ears. On top of that, the workers were walking right above the bungalow, and we could hear their footsteps perfectly clearly inside. It was impossible to go back to sleep and practically impossible to stay calm inside the bungalow.

We mentioned this at the front desk, and they told us that noise was allowed starting at 8:00 a.m. We understand that there are scheduled times for construction work, but it’s one thing to deal with the normal noise of a campground and quite another to be woken up at 8:00 a.m. by machinery and tree-cutting literally right above your bungalow.

They had ruined our entire morning, because after waking up so early, we could no longer enjoy the bungalow in peace or even have breakfast in peace. When you go to a campground on vacation, you’re looking precisely to rest and unwind, not to be distracted by noises that make it impossible to enjoy the morning.

Furthermore, the next day we specifically asked at the front desk if they were going to continue with the tree-cutting and, if so, in which area of the campground it would take place. Our intention was to find out because, if the work were to be done far from our bungalow, we were even considering staying one more night. They confirmed that they would resume tree-cutting work, but they didn’t bother to tell us in which area it would take place, even though we asked specifically.

In the end, we decided not to extend our stay and left for another campground in Oliva, where we’re having a much better experience and can enjoy our mornings in peace.

It’s a shame, because the accommodations were very clean, but for us, the lack of rest and, above all, the lack of information and attention in the face of a situation that directly affected our stay made us decide not to return.

The tents are very well-designed and very comfortable. They have everything you need to be comfortable, and it’s a really enjoyable experience.
I would have liked it if, since they have a pool, they opened it before 11 a.m. and didn’t close it at 7 p.m., since those are exactly the hours when the sun is at its strongest. And the bar doesn’t open until 12, so they don’t serve breakfast, and honestly, it would be really nice to be able to grab a drink right there.
