Looking for a stylish place in nature to enjoy with your group? This modern lake house in Sweden is made for laid‑back days, long evenings together and seriously good views. With space for up to 9 people, it’s perfect for friends or two families travelling together.

The first thing you’ll notice are the panoramic windows running along almost the entire length of the house. Wherever you are – cooking, relaxing on the sofa, or enjoying a slow breakfast – the lake and forest are right there in front of you. One of the double bedrooms even faces the water with a huge window, so you can wake up to a picture‑perfect lakeside view every morning.

Inside, the house is bright, open and cleverly laid out for socialising. There’s a large open kitchen with everything you need to cook for the whole group, a cosy lounge corner, a generous dining area and a second living area where everyone can spread out. Ideal if some of you want to play games while others want to chill with a drink and a view.

With four spacious bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two single beds and one with a family bunk bed 120 + 90), everyone gets a comfortable place to sleep. There are two modern bathrooms: one with shower and sauna, and one with just a toilet. Fire up the sauna, step out to the jetty and dive into the lake – the ultimate Scandinavian wellness moment.

Outside, the large terrace becomes your living room in summer. Start the day with coffee and fresh air, enjoy long lunches in the sun and end the evening with a drink as the light fades over the water. From the terrace you look out over your own sandy beach and shared jetty (shared only with the neighbouring house 44215). On cooler evenings you can slide open the big glass doors for that outdoor feeling while staying warm inside.

If you’re travelling with an even bigger group, you can also rent the neighbouring house (44215) and be next‑door to each other, sharing the jetty and the fun.

Want to explore the area? Within about 600 metres you’ll find Påarp’s farm with a restaurant, café, canoe rental and football golf – perfect for an active afternoon. And if you feel like a day trip, you’re within easy driving distance of High Chaparral, the theme park Liseberg and bargain shopping at Gekås in Ullared.
