Spacious Lakeside Villa With Sauna - 8 persons

Wake up to a sparkling lake right outside your window in this modern, stylish villa in the heart of Swedish nature. With room for up to 8 people, this is the perfect getaway for a group of friends or couples travelling together who want comfort, design and the outdoors all in one place.

The house is light, airy and beautifully designed with huge windows that frame the lake and forest. The open-plan kitchen and living area make it easy to hang out together. Cook dinner with a stunning view, while the rest relax in cosy armchairs by the fireplace or chill out in the lounge area. There’s plenty of space if part of the group wants to play games or chat, while others unwind quietly.

There are four spacious bedrooms: two with double beds, one facing the lake with a large panoramic window and direct access to the balcony. The other double room also has its own balcony door. The third bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth has a family bunk bed (120 + 90 cm) – ideal if you’re sharing rooms or travelling with a mix of couples and friends.

Step outside onto the large terrace with lots of space to sit, eat and soak up the view. From here you look straight over your own sandy beach and the shared jetty (shared only with the neighbouring cottage). Enjoy long breakfasts in the sun, lazy afternoons by the water and magical sunsets over the lake.

For pure relaxation, fire up the sauna and then cool off with a refreshing dip from the jetty. It’s just as perfect after a day on the ski slopes as it is after a summer hike. The house has two modern bathrooms: one with shower and sauna, and one separate toilet.

If you’re travelling with a larger group, you can even rent the neighbouring house (about 30 m away) as well. In the area you’ll find plenty to do: just 600 m away is Påarp’s farm with a restaurant, café, canoe rental and football golf. Popular day trips include High Chaparral (55 km), Liseberg in Gothenburg (110 km), Gekås Ullared for bargain shopping (40+ km) and Isaberg Mountain Resort (46 km) for skiing and outdoor activities.
