The chalet lies on the edge of the forest and right by the small Vorhegg ski area – perfect if you love being outdoors, summer or winter.

Inside, everything feels fresh, bright and comfortable. The living room has a comfy sofa bed and TV, so you can relax after a day of hiking, biking or skiing. The open-plan kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped with, among other things, an oven and dishwasher, so you can easily prepare your own meals and enjoy long, relaxed dinners together.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. That makes this chalet a great choice for families or a small group of friends. The modern bathroom has a shower and toilet. Thanks to the full air conditioning, you’ll stay pleasantly cool even on hot summer days.

Outside, a spacious terrace with garden furniture awaits you. Start your day here with a cup of coffee in the morning sun, have a wholesome breakfast outside or unwind with a drink while the sun sets behind the mountains.

The location in Kötschach-Mauthen is wonderfully convenient. The small centre is only 650 m away, supermarkets are about 1 km away and you’ll find restaurants within a few kilometres for tasty local meals. Fancy a swim? The public swimming pool is about 3 km away – ideal on warm days with the kids. In winter, you’ll be close to the ski area (around 3 km), and the train station is only 1.3 km away, so arriving by public transport is easy.

You park your car at the central car park on the edge of the car-free holiday park, which keeps the surroundings quiet and relaxed.
