The name says it all, not only does the Panorama Lodge 4+2 have a spacious terrace, but also priceless views of the surrounding mountains. This detached and ground-level chalet can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.

The living room has a cozy sitting area with television and around the large wooden table you can easily sit and eat together. The open kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, kettle and coffee maker.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds for the children. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Outside you will find a sun terrace with garden furniture. You can park 1 car at the house and there is free wifi available.

Park 717 is beautifully located between the mountains with views of the Pressegger See, which is within walking distance. Guests praise the modern, luxurious accommodation that is fully equipped, including air conditioning and a well-fitted kitchen. The friendly and helpful staff contribute to a warm welcome, and the bread service is highly appreciated. The location is ideal as a base for excursions in Carinthia, with free use of lifts via the +Card Holiday. The pool and playground are popular with families, although the pool is small. Most guests experience the park as quiet, clean and well-maintained, with a relaxed atmosphere in the middle of nature.

    For a two-week vacation costing over €5,000, you’d expect a worry-free stay and a high level of service. Unfortunately, it was quite a letdown.

    ​During our stay, we encountered several problems:
    ​- Persistent issues with water pressure (on multiple occasions, there was absolutely no water while cooking).
    ​- A malfunctioning air conditioner that was only fixed after three attempts, during which technicians left the accommodation dirty.
    ​- Unfulfilled promises (promised towels not delivered; broken trash cans were replaced, but the old ones were simply left behind in the accommodation).
    ​- Inflexible and profit-driven attitude toward simple requests (immediately charging for an extra lounge chair, despite medical necessity and the inconvenience caused).
    ​
    When action is taken, it feels rushed and unfriendly. Although management ultimately provided a small financial compensation, their communication is primarily defensive, and they shift the blame to language barriers or the local municipality.

    ​The park and the surrounding area are beautiful, but in terms of customer service, communication, and value for money, this park falls seriously short. We won’t be returning.

    Voor een twee-weekse vakantie van ruim € 5.000,- verwacht je een zorgeloos verblijf en een hoog serviceniveau. Helaas viel dit flink tegen.

    ​Gedurende ons verblijf liepen we tegen meerdere problemen aan:
    ​- Aanhoudende problemen met de waterdruk (meermalen helemaal geen water tijdens het koken).
    ​- Een niet goed functionerende airco die pas na drie pogingen was opgelost, waarbij monteurs de accommodatie vuil achterlieten.
    ​- Niet nagekomen afspraken (toegezegde handdoeken niet geleverd, kapotte prullenbakken vervangen maar de oude simpelweg in het verblijf achtergelaten).
    ​- Onflexibele en commerciële houding bij eenvoudige verzoeken (direct kosten rekenen voor een extra ligbed, ondanks medische noodzaak en de opgelopen overlast).
    ​
    Wanneer er actie wordt ondernomen, voelt het gehaast en onvriendelijk. Hoewel het management uiteindelijk een kleine financiële compensatie heeft overgemaakt, reageert men in de communicatie vooral defensief en wordt de schuld neergelegd bij taalbarrières of de gemeente.

    ​Het park en de omgeving zijn mooi, maar qua klantgerichtheid, communicatie en prijs-kwaliteitverhouding schiet dit park ernstig tekort. Voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

    Great vacation park with lovely cottages. This was the second part of our vacation. The park is in a great location for enjoying fun activities in the surrounding area. With the Nassfeld+ Card, you can take the Millennium lifts up the mountain, where there are lots of fun activities to do. The park is very clean, and there’s entertainment for the little ones.

    Prima vakantie park met mooie huisjes. Deel twee van onze vakantie. Prima locatie om vanuit het park leuke activiteiten in de omgeving te doen. Met de nassfeld + card kun je met de Millenium liften omhoog en daar op de berg zijn veel leuke activiteiten te doen. Park is prima netjes, voor de kleintjes is er entertainment.
