We had Cabin 300—a beautiful, unobstructed view; it was clean and lovely, and it really had everything we needed. It was modernly furnished with air conditioning and heating, underfloor and infrared heating, and a smart TV that let you cast content from your phone.
When you were sitting outside, you could indeed hear trains or the highway, … but you hear ambient noise constantly at home too, so it wasn’t bothersome to us.
The park was clean (as we noticed with everything in Austria), and we liked how it was landscaped with stones and greenery—it fits in with the surroundings but still needs to grow a bit.
The staff was very friendly; you could ask them any questions and they gave clear explanations.

Wij hadden cabin 300, prachtig vrij uitzicht, schoon mooi, echt alles was er aanwezig. Modern ingericht met airco/ verwarming, vloer- en infrarood verwarming, smart tv zodat je vanaf je telefoon kon casten.
Als je buiten zat hoorde je inderdaad trein of snelweg maar thuis hoor je ook constant omgevingsgeluiden dus voor ons was het niet storend.
Het park was schoon (zoals alles in Oostenrijk viel ons op), leuk zoals dat met de stenen en het groen was aangelegd, past bij de omgeving maar moet nog een beetje groeien.
Personeel was heel vriendelijk, je kon er met al je vragen terecht en kreeg duidelijke uitleg.
Jammer was dat je op het park alleen pizza kon krijgen maar er zijn goede restaurants in Pettneu. -

We booked a week at this beautiful campground. Our site, No. 7, with a private bathroom and an unobstructed view of the mountains, was very nice—except for one small detail. The only drawback is the coarse gravel on site 7.
Everything is included in the price: electricity, water, and even the wellness area.
A washing machine and dryer are … also available.
In the evening, you can grab pizza or something similar at the restaurant, which is also located on the campground.

Wir haben eine Woche auf diesem schönen Campingplatz gebucht. Unser Platz 7 mit Privatbad und uneingeschränktem Blick auf die Berge war bis auf eine Kleinigkeit, sehr schön. Einziges Manko ist der grobe Schotter am Platz 7.
Im Preis ist alles inklusive, Strom, Wasser und auch der Wellnessbereich.
Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Für den Abend kann man sich Pizza oder ähnliches im Restaurant holen, das ebenfalls auf dem Campingplatz ist.
Das ein und auschecken ging schnell, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. -

So we booked a 6-day stay, but we couldn’t stand the traffic noise from the expressway anymore, so we left after 4 days. We were offered a different spot, but we turned it down because the noise is the same everywhere. The service is great, and the restrooms are great, too. Unfortunately, the website doesn’t mention that the campground is right next to the expressway—on the contrary, it’s described as being in an idyllic location.

Also wir haben 6 Tage gebucht, können es aber durch dem Autolärm von der Schnellstraße nicht mehr aushalten, nach 4 Tagen reisen wir wieder ab ,es wurde uns zwar ein anderer Platz angeboten , wir haben es abgelehnt da der Lärm überall gleich ist . Der Service ist top auch die sanitären Anlagen top. Leider ist es auf der Homepage nicht beschrieben das der Campingplatz direkt neben der Schnellstraße liegt, im Gegenteil er soll in idyllischer Lage liegen.
