    Booking confirmed, then canceled at short notice - totally unreliable I had made a reservation and called the campsite immediately afterwards to find out whether the pitch was available. The employee expressly confirmed to me that the pitch was reserved and secured. Only on the day of departure - after I had already packed and planned everything - did I receive an email that my booking had been canceled. No prior notice, no explanation, no alternative solution. When I called to clarify the problem, I was simply told that there was no more space. No apology, no offer of compensation or alternative solution - just a terse "no room". A telephone promise is a promise of trust. Anyone who treats guests like this should not be surprised that trust is permanently lost. I cannot recommend this campsite. I would prefer to give it 0 stars - unfortunately Google does not allow this. 1 star is already too much for this service.

    Buchung bestätigt, dann kurzfristig storniert – absolut unzuverlässig Ich hatte eine Reservierung vorgenommen und direkt im Anschluss telefonisch beim Campingplatz nachgefragt, ob der Platz verfügbar sei. Der Mitarbeiter bestätigte mir ausdrücklich, dass der Platz reserviert und gesichert sei. Erst am Tag der Abreise – nachdem ich bereits alles gepackt und geplant hatte – erhielt ich eine E-Mail, dass meine Buchung storniert worden war. Kein vorheriger Hinweis, keine Erklärung, keine alternative Lösung. Als ich anrief, um das Problem zu klären, hieß es lediglich, es gebe keinen Platz mehr. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Angebot einer Kompensation oder Alternativlösung – nur ein lapidares „kein Platz”. Eine telefonische Zusage ist ein Vertrauensversprechen. Wer Gäste so behandelt, sollte sich nicht wundern, dass das Vertrauen dauerhaft verloren geht. Ich kann diesen Campingplatz nicht empfehlen. Ich würde am liebsten 0 Sterne geben – leider lässt Google das nicht zu. 1 Stern ist bereits zu viel für diesen Service.

    A campsite that has been run by real campers for generations. They know exactly what customers want and need. It should also be emphasized that the campsite is open all year round (even in the slow season, when there is hardly anything left financially). The (free) bus stops right at the entrance to the campsite. The guest card offers a lot, not only free admission to the neighboring, very interesting Museum of Tyrolean Farms, but also bus trips to Rattenberg or the Alpbachtal.

    Ein Campingplatz, der seit Generationen von echten Campern betrieben wird. Sie wissen genau, was die Kunden wollen und brauchen. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass der Platz ganzjährig geöffnet ist (auch in der flauen Zeit, wo finanziell kaum etwas übrig bleibt). Der (kostenlose) Bus hält genau am Eingang des Platzes. Die Gästekarte bietet sehr viel, nicht nur freien Eintritt in das benachbarte, sehr interessante Museum Tiroler Bauernhöfe, sondern Busfahrten nach Rattenberg oder ins Alpbachtal.

    I wanted to give 5 stars for the campsite ..... and then I went to the restaurant to eat the chef's salad. Greens so big you have to cut everything first ....Meat dry and without flavor. Ready dressing in a mini pot..... the mozzarella? What was that? Gooey and tough 😆 very sad
