Hidden between the trees on the edge of Wörgl-Boden, Chalet Catharina im Brixental is a cosy, rustic hideaway for up to 5 people. This detached wooden chalet sits right in the forest, on the border with the popular village of Hopfgarten im Brixental, and just minutes from the famous SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental ski area. Here you wake up with mountain views, birdsong and fresh alpine air all around you.

The chalet is built in authentic log-cabin style and feels warm and welcoming as soon as you step inside. In the living area you’ll find a comfortable seating corner and an open, well-equipped kitchen, perfect for long breakfasts or simple home-cooked dinners after a day in the mountains. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed – ideal for families, friends or a small group that likes having their own space. The modern bathroom comes with a shower featuring a relaxing rain shower head. Of course, there’s a Smart TV for cosy evenings indoors.

Outside, you have a large private garden all to yourself. Take a seat on the veranda or terrace, breathe in the forest scent and enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. Directly from the chalet you can step onto various hiking trails – no need for the car if you just want to walk, unwind and explore the woods.

In winter, you’re in the perfect spot for skiing and snowboarding. SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental is one of the largest and most modern ski areas in the world, with around 270 km of slopes, 83 lifts, fun parks and great ski schools. The wider Hohe Salve and Kitzbühel Alps region offers even more ski areas to discover. In summer, refreshing swimming spots like the outdoor pool in Bad Häring, Moorstrandbad Kirchbichl, Salvenaland and Ahornsee Söll are all within easy reach. In nearby Wörgl you’ll find supermarkets, shops and a nice selection of restaurants.
