The campground consists almost entirely of long-term campers living in permanently installed trailers. We were the only campers in a motorhome. The reception was friendly and courteous; only the long-term campers had a problem. Our assigned site was a walkway for the permanent campers. They were constantly weaving their way right past our RV, our chairs, and our table. To top it all off, while we were having dinner, we were disturbed by a car with a trailer pulling in (maneuvering to within a meter of our table. That’s not exactly friendly—they could have at least asked if parking there was a problem, but no, we were even berated and insulted.
The assigned parking area is unkempt, and there was trash lying around.
The restroom facilities are quite old and aren’t cleaned regularly. There’s no toilet paper, so you have to bring your own; the dishwashing area is an outrage—no hot water.
We couldn’t find a service station for gray water disposal or chemical toilet disposal, not even on the site map.
And all of this for a camper with an electrical hookup and two people for €45 per night. That’s a complete rip-off of foreigners.
The bottom line is: The campground is only for long-term campers. It’s not suitable for short-term campers—maybe they’re not interested in that. We definitely won’t be coming back.

There’s a reason why there aren’t any photos of the area around the glamping tents...

Nice tent, but when you’re stuck looking at a dusty, barren grassy area with boulders and a pile of construction sand right in the middle… Well, the “glam” is hard to find. Of course, we didn’t expect a view of an idyllic lake, but this is really disheartening.

Around the same time this conclusion was reached: kids on noisy (tuned?) mopeds circling the sand pile, a police van on the scene to break up a fight...

    Draw your own conclusions...

We had a lovely stay in one of the safari tents. It was fully equipped and located in a cozy corner of the campground. The owner was friendly. There were also a lot of permanent residents at the campground.

I stayed here one night with my tent while hiking the National Park Trail. Very friendly welcome, neat campsite. You just get a pass to the (very clean) washroom, so no hassle with water counters or paying separately for your shower. Also a nice selection of food and drinks at the bar.
