We stopped by while passing through Bouillon to have a cocktail at this very nice restaurant. We were served a glass of ice cubes with 1/8 of a cocktail. After four moderate sips through the straw, all that was left was the ice filling the glass. €12 is a bit excessive for this tiny, tiny, tiny cocktail. It’s a shame because the setting is beautiful and the staff is lovely.

We took a last-minute trip to the Ardennes for a week. We found "Le Hameau de la Semois" through the website. Self-check-in was a breeze; it was very quiet, and we had plenty of space. Fast Wi-Fi, easy access to electrical outlets, and very clean, newly renovated bathrooms. Bouillon is a 20-minute walk away, and the atmosphere is peaceful.
We’d like to thank the team for making our stay absolutely perfect!

A great place to enjoy the summer in Bouillon. Close to town (just over a kilometer via a trail along the river), quiet and picturesque yet modern. Our cozy two-person cottage was comfortable and well-equipped; it was really nice to enjoy the terrace overlooking the river. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. In short, I highly recommend it!
