General information

The luxury lodge there is stylishly decorated. Upon arrival, the beds are made and towels and toiletries are waiting for you. Enjoy the unique surroundings. The grounds on which the lodges are placed are currently still under construction. In contrast, our lodges inside are already as they should be: luxuriously and stylishly furnished.

Inside the lodge you will find a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. In the living area there is a dining table and a sitting area. But prepare your food in the kitchenette, equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee machine and contents. You will also find a terrace with furniture in front of the lodge.

    You can cancel free of charge until at least 7 days before arrival. Between 7 days and 72 hours before arrival, 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Less than 72 hours before arrival, cancellation is no longer possible and 100% of the outstanding balance will be charged.

    In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. No proof of cancellation is required, but the cancellation policy is strictly observed.

    We stayed in urban gardens for 3 nights, accommodation was really good, staffs were extremely helpful and nice. Location was perfect to go to gent and bruges. Bunnies on the site were fun to watch. I would definitely recommend it.

    Better not... Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. Only got there with the camper with great difficulty due to storm-related road closures. Despite the reception actually being open for another hour, no one could be reached. Calls and requests for help came to nothing. No information about the pitch or anything like that... We then parked on any free and comparable pitch. Electricity connection paid for, but over 20 meters away, not usable. Sanitary building at most "well" with notes saying exactly that and referring to other, new buildings but no directions... And...background noise like at the highway service area...who still wants to pay 36 € for 2 pers. + camper...and maybe also electricity. :(

    Lieber nicht... Das war leider keine gute Erfahrung. Sind mit dem Camper nur sehr umständlich durch sturmbedingte Strassensperrungen überhaupt dort angelangt. Trotz eigentlich noch 1 Stunde geöffneter Rezeption niemand zu erreichen. Anrufe und Hilfsgesuche liefen ins Leere. Keine Infos zum Stellplatz oder dergleichen... Haben uns dann auf irgendeinen freien und vergleichbaren Platz gestellt. Stromanschluss bezahlt, aber da in über 20 Meter Entfernung, nicht nutzbar. Sanitärgebäude maximal "naja" mit Zetteln auf denen genau das steht und dem Verweis auf andere, neue Gebäude aber keiner Wegbeschreibung.. Und...Geräuschkulisse wie an der Autobahnraststätte...wer trotzdem noch will zahlt 36 € für 2 Pers. + Camper...und vielleicht auch Strom. :(
