The luxury lodge there is stylishly decorated. Upon arrival, the beds are made and towels and toiletries are waiting for you. Enjoy the unique surroundings. The grounds on which the lodges are placed are currently still under construction. In contrast, our lodges inside are already as they should be: luxuriously and stylishly furnished.

Inside the lodge you will find a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. In the living area there is a dining table and a sitting area. But prepare your food in the kitchenette, equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee machine and contents. You will also find a terrace with furniture in front of the lodge.

    Great communications throughout. Doing work to update the site and pitches. Excellent location very close to the Menin Gate and town centre. Always nice people staying here too.

    Staff nice and helpful. Extremely noisy on all sides: busy roads, very noisy bathing area; Ground with little grass, lots of earth, washing up only with cold water, outdated sanitary blocks. It is also currently undergoing major renovation. There is still a lot to do... A curiosity on the side: the bus to the town conveniently stops in front of the campsite and costs 3 euros for 1 hour at this boarding point. 2! Stops and approx. 2 km later there is a ticket machine where the DAILY ticket costs 0.15 euros, as described on the timetable. Very curious... 😅

    Mitarbeiterinnen nett und hilfsbereit. Extrem laut auf allen Seiten: stark befahrene Straßen, sehr lauter Badeplatz; Boden mit wenig Rasen, viel Erde, Abwäsche nur mit Kaltwasser, Sanitärhäuser veraltet. Es wird auch gerade großräumig umgebaut. Da ist noch einiges zu tun... Ein Kuriosum am Rande: der Bus in die Stadt hält angenehmerweise vor dem Campingplatz und kostet bei dieser Einstiegsstelle 3 Euro für 1 Stunde. 2! Stationen und ca. 2 km später gibt es einen Fahrkartenautomaten, wo die TAGESkarte 0,15 Euro kostet, wie auch am Fahrplan beschrieben. Sehr kurios... 😅

    Great location, near activity lake and within an easy cycle of Ghent old City. The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. There was some building work being carried out to improve facilities but disruption was minimal. Current facilities were adequate. Would definitely stay again.

    Great campsite in Ypres, just a 10 minute walk to the Menin gate for the last post at 8pm. Facilities were very clean and well kept. Improvements are currently in underway but noise was kept to a minimum and didn't really impact on the site. I would definitely recommend and hopefully will return at some point as there's so much to see and do in and around Ypres.

    Fine campground with friendly staff. Right now they are in a renovation, so it will be even nicer and better. 1 toilet building was already new and looked nice. Ideal if you want to do a city trip Ghent.

    Fijne camping met vriendelijk personeel. Op dit moment zitten ze in een verbouwing, het wordt dus nog mooier en beter. 1 toiletgebouw was al nieuw en zag er mooi uit. Ideaal voor als je een stedentrip Gent wil doen.
