Visit Rochefort
Rochefort is a charming tourist town in the Belgian Ardennes, ideal for a day out during your stay at the glamping. It is known for its historic atmosphere, picturesque streets, and delicious local specialties. Visit the ruins of the medieval castle of Rochefort and enjoy a panoramic view of the surroundings. Don’t forget to taste the famous Rochefort Trappist, one of the best beers in Belgium, brewed in the nearby abbey of Notre-Dame de Saint-Rémy. For nature lovers, the Cave of Lorette-Rochefort is an absolute must-see, with stalactites and underground landscapes. Whether you are seeking culture, nature, or gastronomy, Rochefort has something for everyone!

The Caves of Han
The Caves of Han are one of the most impressive natural wonders of Belgium, located about 10 minutes from this glamping site in the Ardennes. These spectacular dripstone caves take you on an enchanting journey through an underground landscape full of stalactites, stalagmites, and unique formations. The guided tour leads you through the different chambers and light shows. In addition to the caves, there is also a wildlife park where you can admire animals from the region.
By kayak
With the kayak you can descend the beautiful Lesse, with starting points in Houyet (21 km, about 5 hours) or Gendron (12 km, about 2.5 hours). Would you like to rent a kayak? This is possible via the reception, and can be arranged up to one day in advance. You make a small deposit at the campsite and pay the rest upon departure. It is recommended to first drive to the endpoint and then take the train or shuttle bus to the starting point.
Villages in the Area
The villages of Ave-et-Auffe and Han-sur-Lesse are located a short distance from the campsite and are perfect for a pleasant outing.
