Cancellation Policy
In case of full or partial cancellation, possible only by mail or letter (receipt date = cancellation date), the following fees will be charged:
- Up to and including 57 days before the beginning of the stay period: €50 per file.
- From 56 to 43 days before the beginning of the stay: 25% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
- From 42 to 22 days before the beginning of the period of stay: 50% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
- From 21 to 8 days before the beginning of the stay: 75% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
- In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the beginning of the stay, as well as in case of no arrival: the full rent with a minimum of € 50.
- In case of non-arrival without notice, the reserved place/lodge will be kept free until 1 night later than announced: the following day the place/lodge will be relet. No sum will be refunded in case of "no show", whatever the reason may be.

Had a very nice stay at this campsite in a 'Comfort cottage'. Certainly there are points of attention, especially for temperature (much too hot, even with air conditioning) and no mosquito nets but here extensively already mentioned in the received mail asking for points of improvement. Also in terms of inclusivity (oldest child wheelchair-bound) could be better but perhaps this is not as big an issue as it has been in recent years in the Netherlands. Furthermore, it is a great campsite with many opportunities for children (without disabilities) and they offer a youth program although unfortunately we were just out of season. So we just missed it. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Een heel fijn verblijf gehad op deze camping in een 'Comfort huisje'. Zeker zijn er aandachtspunten, met name voor temperatuur (veel te warm, zelfs met airco) en geen horren maar hier uitgebreid al wat over gezegd in de ontvangen mail met vraag tot punten ter verbetering. Ook qua inclusiviteit (oudste kind rolstoel-gebonden) zou beter mogen maar wellicht is dit een minder groot punt dan dit de laatste jaren in Nederland het geval is. Verder is het een fantastische camping met veel mogelijkheden voor de kinderen (zonder beperking) en bieden ze een jeugdprogramma al waren wij helaas net buiten dat seizoen. We misten het dus net.. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij.
