    Cancellation Policy


    In case of full or partial cancellation, possible only by mail or letter (receipt date = cancellation date), the following fees will be charged:

    • Up to and including 57 days before the beginning of the stay period: €50 per file.
    • From 56 to 43 days before the beginning of the stay: 25% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • From 42 to 22 days before the beginning of the period of stay: 50% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • From 21 to 8 days before the beginning of the stay: 75% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the beginning of the stay, as well as in case of no arrival: the full rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • In case of non-arrival without notice, the reserved place/lodge will be kept free until 1 night later than announced: the following day the place/lodge will be relet. No sum will be refunded in case of "no show", whatever the reason may be.

    You know what I think… People complain nonstop that the lodges aren’t clean…, but when you see how they come into those beautiful cottages with their dirty dogs and kids covered in sand, I do have my doubts. Do they do that at home too, or just on vacation? 🧐 Same goes for the bathrooms. The ones who complain are the ones who leave a mess … behind!!! Degautant. You can’t be blamed for anything—quite the opposite. A returning campground guest who’s very satisfied 👌👌👌👌

    Weet je wat ik vind…. De mensen klagen steen en been dat het niet zou proper zijn in de lodges…, maar als je dan kijkt hoe ze met hun vuile honden en de kinderen vol zand in die mooie huisje binnen komen heb kik toch mijn bedenkingen. Doen ze dat thuis ook of enkel op vakantie 🧐hetzelfde met de toiletten. Degenen die klagen zijn degene die het smerig achterlaten!!! Degautant . Jullie kan niets verweten worden in tegendeel. Een terugkerende kampinggast die wel tevreden is 👌👌👌👌

    Beautiful spots, nice campground for young kids.
    The restrooms could be cleaner but are “ok.”
    The brasserie: a disgrace! Rude & boorish.

    After 4 years, we’re done here and will choose a different campground next time. Such a shame.
