Safaritent Comfort - 5 persons

We rented a mobile home through another provider... everything was nice and clean. We think the campground is great—well-maintained and clean. There are great pools and recreational facilities. I walked around the whole campground while my little one was sleeping. The mobile homes are very close together, but you can park in front of some of them … :) Some of the restrooms are new and very nice. Others are old and a bit “grimy”—I didn’t test the water pressure.... There’s a corner where there seem to be a lot of long-term campers; it looks a bit messy in places, but you don’t have to walk through there unless you’re as curious as I am😅 Everyone was very friendly and spoke German 😁
I was satisfied with the Wi-Fi, but it could have better coverage....
The food options at restaurants, boat rentals, the supermarket, etc., are great. The service is also amazing. You’d never actually have to leave the campground. BUT the prices are generally way too high!!!

I’m deducting one star because: those damn e-bikes and e-scooters absolutely need to be banned!!!! The walkways throughout the entire campground—even along the beach—turn into racetracks, especially at night, and many people ride without lights, while some go way faster than the allowed 20 km/h! Even 20 km/h is already too fast for me; at most campsites, the speed limit is 10 km/h. Some of these very fast vehicles didn’t even have license plates—I don’t know what happens if there’s an accident. We had the best time at Camping Park Umag! Our stay was full of fun, activities, and amazing memories that we will definitely remember. One of our favorite parts was spending time at the Aqua area with Antonio and Jovan. They were always friendly, energetic, and made the activities even more fun!

We also joined the HIIT workouts with Ena … sometimes, and they were absolutely amazing! The workouts were fun but definitely challenging — we were so sore the next day 😂, but it was totally worth it!

The whole atmosphere at the camping park was great, and there were so many activities to enjoy. Everyone was welcoming and made us feel comfortable and entertained throughout our stay.

My family and I would definitely recommend Camping Park Umag to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday with plenty of activities for both kids and adults. We had an amazing experience and would love to come back again! ❤️ Read more Show less

You don't have to leave the park—it has everything.

This was our second time staying there for 7 days, since we really enjoyed it the first time.

We stayed in a mobile home with access to a shared pool. Unfortunately, we had a bit of bad luck with our mobile home. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly at first, but it was fixed quickly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning started … acting up again a little later. I reported it again, and the nice technician was very friendly and explained everything to us, assuring us that the issue would be forwarded.

Unfortunately, on the third day, we had water damage in the room where our little one was sleeping. We then realized it was coming from the dishwasher. The technician was very friendly and told us to go to the front desk. No sooner said than done. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, and they even gave us a new mobile home that finally fit our needs and where everything worked properly.

Despite the difficulties, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Read more Show less
