We have already been to Camping Krk twice. Wanted to go there again this year. The place is very nice - there's no question about that. But dear Valamar team, the prices charged border on usury. This campsite is not worth it either. Fortunately, Croatia has many other beautiful campsites. Let's see how long this price gouging will continue.

We have already been to several Valamar campsites and have reserved a Comfort Mare pitch at Valamar Krk campsite for the summer of 2026 (July/August). A few days ago we received the final confirmation - and were frankly shocked by the price: €1,650 for 11 nights and 2 people on a pitch where you bring your own caravan. We visited the site in person in the fall. It is well-kept, neatly laid out and the location close to the town of Krk is definitely a plus. Nevertheless, we found it far from perfect: - The beach area is very small and consists mainly of concreted terraces - There was dog waste in several areas, including on the dog beach, which was in a rather unkempt condition overall For these general conditions, the price quoted seems completely disproportionate. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio is absolutely not right. We have therefore canceled our reservation. It's a shame, because we generally like Valamar places - but we feel that a price level of this kind is no longer appropriate.
