Inside, the cottage is snug and inviting. There’s one bedroom, plus a cosy alcove where the kids can curl up to watch TV or play games while the rest of the group relaxes in the living area. Need a bit more privacy? The separate annex offers extra sleeping space, so everyone in your group of up to six people has room to spread out.

The living room is the heart of the house, with a wood-burning stove that instantly sets the mood on cooler evenings. Light the fire, pour a drink, and enjoy long chats, board games or a movie night. For entertainment, you’ve got Apple TV with access to Netflix, HBO, Viaplay, Disney+ and TV PLAY – perfect if the weather doesn’t play along or you just want a chilled night in.

From the living room, you can walk straight out onto the terrace. This is where you’ll really feel the peace and quiet of the area. Early risers might be rewarded with a magical sight: deer and foxes sometimes wander past in the morning.
