    Cancellation of stay


    Cancellation (total or partial) by the CUSTOMER: If the CUSTOMER wishes to cancel his stay, he must notify ONLYCAMP by sending an e-mail to the camping address. ONLYCAMP reminds the CUSTOMER that in the absence of cancellation according to the provisions of this article, the CUSTOMER will be obliged to pay the entire amount due under the Contract. Regardless of the cancellation date, the file and optional insurance fees are non-refundable. The date of acknowledgment of receipt of the cancellation email shall determine any cancellation fee according to the rate below:

    In rental housing :

    • cost of 40% up to 30 days before the arrival date
    • cost of 100% from 29 days before the arrival date

    Cancellation by ONLYCAMP (excluding force majeure) : In the event of cancellation before the CUSTOMER's departure from his residence to the CAMPING AREA, the amounts paid by the CUSTOMER will be refunded in full by ONLYCAMP after notification of the cancellation by e-mail or registered letter and according to the provisions of article L 214-1 of the Consumer Code. In the event of cancellation after the CUSTOMER's departure from his place of residence to the campsite of his Lodging, ONLYCAMP undertakes to offer to CUSTOMERS an equivalent Lodging whereby possible price increases may be borne and, if the services accepted by the CUSTOMER are of inferior quality, ONLYCAMP will refund him the difference.

    No use of additional services: Additional services booked by the CUSTOMER and not used by him will not entitle him to a refund.

    STAYS / OFFERS / RATES NON-CANCELLABLE AND EXCHANGEABLE ONLYCAMP may offer stays at advantageous rates on certain dates that are non-modifiable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Therefore, ONLYCAMP will not consider requests for modification or cancellation: no refunds will be possible, including reimbursement of additional services booked.

    What a horribly bad tent we got. We’re in tent 81 with shared bathrooms, and this tent is completely ruined. (NOT A SINGLE PIECE OF THE CANVAS CLOSES PROPERLY! The front door is completely torn apart. As a result, everything is rattling. The entire tent is swarming with mosquitoes, and pests are just walking right in. On top of that, the tent is … filthy, and there are 5 beds—and, believe it or not, all 5 of them are broken! This tent should never have been rented out! After further inspection of the other tents, I saw that they, too, are partially damaged. Unfortunately, we didn’t find this out until the front desk was already closed. I also used the shared restrooms once and found that all the trash cans in the restrooms were completely full of who knows what kind of filth.
    This was truly the absolute worst night and the filthiest campground I’ve ever experienced while staying in a tent. I have nothing good to say about this campground. Just go somewhere else—there are plenty of nice campgrounds nearby.

    Wat een afschuwlijk slechte tent hebben wij gekregen. We zitten in tent 81 met sanitair en deze tent is volledig kapot. (GEEN ENKELS STUK VAN DE DOEKEN KAN DICHT! De voordeur is helemaal uitvescheurd. Met als gevolg dat alles klappert. De gehele tent vol zit met muggen en het ongedierte loopt zo naar binnen. Tevens is de tent okk nog eens smerig en zijn er 5 bedden, waarvan deze, geloof het of niet, alle 5! stuk zijn! Deze tent had niet verhuurd mogen worden! Na verder inspectie van de andere tenten zag ik dat ook deze gedeeltelijk kapot zijn. Helaas kwamen we hier pas achter toen de receptie al dicht was. Daarnaast eenmalig gebruik gemaakt van het gedeelde sanitair en kwam er achter dat alle prullenbakjes op de toiletten helemaal vol zitten met weet ik wat voor goors.
    Dit is werkelijk waar de allerslechtste nacht en smerigste camping die ik ooit in een tent heb meegemaakt. Voor deze camping heb ik geen goed woord over. Ga gewoon ergens anders heen, genoeg mooie campings in de buurt

    Warm welcome. A 2☆☆ campground with a nice pool and a snack bar offering good value for the price. Supermarket nearby. Located on the outskirts of town and quite peaceful, right by the river. You never get tired of the view of the mountains. You can choose your own spot, which is nice. On the downside, though: the showers are in deplorable condition—they really need a good scrub.
