La Dolce Via

    We had a wonderful family vacation at this cozy campground, with helpful and friendly staff, a nice pool, and easy access to the river. It had a calm, family-friendly atmosphere and was close to plenty of activities. We also got to explore other wonders of the Ardèche on day trips.

    A gas leak was reported on the first day; an initial repair was made after 3 days, but the gas leak persisted until our departure.
    Insufficient water pressure; the front desk responded, “because we’re filling the pool.”
    I asked to speak with the manager on the last day and was told I had to send an email.
    Aging outdoor equipment (children’s playground). Unsupervised pool, so children were running, jumping, shouting, etc.

    A campground that gets better every year.

    This isn't my first time staying at this campground. We had a great time here last year, but this year is even better!

    The entire staff is energetic, friendly, and always available to address our requests with kindness and professionalism. The technical staff is particularly efficient this year, which wasn’t quite the case last year. The front desk team has also changed—and for the better! These young ladies are a real breath of fresh air! Smiling, very dedicated, and attentive.
    The management has also changed, and, frankly, a big round of applause to the manager, who puts her whole heart into her work. Her dedication is evident in the overall atmosphere and the quality of the service.

    We also absolutely loved the restaurant! The manager and his entire team are highly professional. The dishes and pizzas are simply excellent. You can immediately tell that the ingredients used are top-quality, which makes all the difference.

    We’ll be happy to return next year to discover what new offerings await us. Once again, a huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful stay!

    Un camping qui s'embelli d'année en année.

    Ce n'est pas la première fois que je viens dans ce camping. L'année dernière, nous avions déjà passé un chouette séjour, mais cette année, c'est encore mieux !

    Toute l'équipe est dynamique, souriante et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. La technique est particulièrement efficace cette année, ce qui n'était pas tout à fait le cas l'année dernière. L'équipe de réception a également changé, et c'est pour le mieux, ! Une vrai bouffée d'air frais ces demoiselles ! Souriantes, très investis, et à l'écoute.
    La direction aussi à changé et, franchement, un grand bravo à la directrice qui met tout son cœur dans son travail. Son implication se ressent dans l'ambiance générale et dans la qualité des prestations.

    Un grand coup de cœur également pour le restaurant ! Le gérant et toute son équipe sont d'un grand professionnalisme. Les plats et les pizzas sont tout simplement excellents. On sent immédiatement que les produits utilisés sont de qualité, ce qui fait toute la différence.

    Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l'année prochaine pour découvrir les nouveautés qui nous seront réservées. Encore un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour ce superbe séjour !

    We had a fantastic 15-day stay at this campground! The direct access to the Dolce Via is really great, and the region is beautiful. The kids loved the bouncy castle, the trampoline, and the access to the river.

    The restaurant is very good, and the whole staff is really friendly. The grocery store is also very convenient, with fresh items like butter and cheese, as well as dry goods. There’s something for everyone.

    The campground offers a wide variety of activities for both kids and adults. We had a wonderful vacation and would love to come back!

    Super séjour de 15 jours dans ce camping ! L’accès direct à la Dolce Via est vraiment top et la région est magnifique. Les enfants ont adoré le château gonflable, le trampoline et l’accès à la rivière.

    Le restaurant est très bon et toute l’équipe est vraiment sympa. L’épicerie est également très pratique, avec des produits frais comme le beurre et le fromage, mais aussi des produits secs. Il y a du choix pour tous les besoins.

    Le camping propose une offre variée, aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adultes. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances et reviendrons avec plaisir !
