    The staff was very by-the-book; there was a lack of personal touch. I had reserved a RV site for myself and five of my grandchildren, ages 5 to 11, and when I told them that a sixth granddaughter was joining us, they made me pay an additional €73, supposedly for safety reasons. Once we arrived, even after 30 minutes, they were unable to provide me with a receipt for this additional charge.
    The pool is great, but they’ve lost a customer.

    Personnel très administratif, manque de relation humaine. J'avais réservé une place camping car pour moi et 5 de mes petits enfants de 5 à 11 ans, et lorsque je leur ai signalé qu'une 6e petite fille se rajoutais ils m'ont fais régler 73€ en plus, soi-disant pour la sécurité. Sur place, même au bout de 30 minutes ils n'ont pas su me donner un justificatif à ce rajout.
    La piscine est très bien mais ils ont perdu un client.

    I spent a week there in early July and really enjoyed the campground—the cabin was fantastic!
    It was a great experience, and I’d definitely come back...
