    We stayed there for a week, and that was plenty. We found a nice, spacious, secluded, and quiet spot with easy access to restrooms nearby. There weren’t too many people at that time of year (September), and it was relatively quiet. They let us go about our business and we didn’t feel restricted. However, the downside we’d point out is the … restrooms—they were outdoors, so the toilets and showers were outside, and you really felt the chill. And the other downside was the way things were communicated. Let me explain: we left the campground to run some errands, and just as we were pulling out, the (I assume) owner yelled at us twice—quite harshly—to drive slowly. (I should point out that I was going barely 15, and besides, there wasn’t a soul around.). There’s a way to say things—and even so, I get it: drive slowly, okay. But then she gave us dirty looks and ran to the other end of the campground when we came back to keep an eye on how we were driving. That’s going too far, especially since plenty of other cars and motorcycles were going much faster than we were. It’s a bit of a fuss over nothing. But whatever. Otherwise, overall, the amenities (trash cans, campsites, electricity, etc.) were okay. And the price for two people, in early September, with a dog, for one week—including electricity, a large tent, and a car on the site—located just below the little village of Orgelet (not far from beautiful hiking trails and all the amenities you need) was €157.
    Overall, a nice stay. Perhaps the restrooms and the visibility of visitors—other than regulars—could be improved.
    That said, thank you to the owner for the warm welcome upon arrival and his helpful explanations.

    Nous y avons séjourné 1 semaine et ce fût suffisant. Nous avions trouvé un emplacement agréable, grand, espacé, tranquille, avec un accès libre aux sanitaires non loin. Pas trop de gens à cette période (septembre) et relativement calme. On nous laisse faire notre petite vie et on ne se sent pas oppressés. Cependant, le point négatif que nous mettrons serait pour les sanitaires qui ceux-ci étaient extérieurs donc WC et douches extérieurs donc vous sentez bien le frais. Et l'autre point négatif serait la manière de communiquer les choses. Je m'explique, nous sommes partis du camping pour nos occupations et au moment de partir, la (je suppose) propriétaire nous a crié de rouler doucement à 2 reprises sévèrement. (Alors que je précise, je faisais à peine de 15 et de plus, il n'y avais pas un chat). Il y a une manière de dire les choses et encore, je comprends, rouler doucement ok. Mais après, c'est nous lancer des regards mauvais et courir à l'autre bout quand on revient dans le camping pour épier notre conduite. Faut pas abuser, alors que bien d'autres voitures et motos ont roulées bien plus vite que nous. C'est un peu s'exciter pour rien. Mais soit. Sinon, dans l'ensemble, les services (poubelles, emplacements, électricité,..) c'était ok. Et le prix pour 2, en début septembre, avec chien, 1 semaine, électricité, grande tente et voiture sur emplacement et en descente du petit village d’Orgelet (non loin des belles randonnées et de tous besoin) pour 157€.
    En général, chouette séjour. Simplement à revoir peut-être les sanitaires et la vision sur les visiteurs, autres que habitués.
    Cela dit, merci pour l'accueil à l'arrivée par Mr le propriétaire et ses explications.

    A 2-night stay at site 61—“she’ll recognize us” 😉—very nice, quiet, right in the middle of the valley surrounded by the forest... Very reasonable rates and spacious sites. Very clean restrooms.We were warmly welcomed by the dad, mom, daughter, her boyfriend, and her brother—it’s a very family-friendly campground. When I see comments complaining … about the barbecue ban, given the fire risk, it makes perfect sense. A very relaxing campground with beautiful walks nearby in the forest... We’ll definitely be back. 👍👍👍👍

    Sejour de 2 nuits au numéro 61 " elle nous reconnaîtra " 😉 très bien , au calme au milieu de la Vallée qui entoure la forêt...Tarif très correct et grands emplacements. .Sanitaires très propres..Très bon accueil du papa, de la maman , de la fille et son ami, son frère, camping très famille. Quand je vois les commentaires interdisant les barbecues, avec le risque d'incendie c'est tout à fait normal. . Camping très reposant avec de belles balades à proximité en forêt .. On n'y reviendra sans hésitation. 👍👍👍👍

    Great welcome! Spacious, level, and shaded tent sites. The only downside: the restrooms are a bit run-down, but the showers are very hot! We'll be back for a longer stay.
