If you like an outdated campground with small, gravel sites, a crowded little pool, and heavy car traffic—and you’re happy to pay top dollar—then book here.
If you actually enjoy camping, you’d better find another place.

We’ve been here before when the campground was still called La Grappe d’Or.
The spacious sites that were there back then are now occupied by monstrous rental units.
The spots that seem too small even by Huttopia standards are now the only ones where tents and RVs are allowed.
In short, yet another beautiful campground has been lost to the Huttopia profit-driven model.

Overall, we had a nice stay, but we were disappointed in a few areas.
As for the lodging (the chalet), we barely slept all night—it was like an oven inside despite the two fans—but that’s okay; maybe it was just the heat wave, so I’ll let that slide.
As for the pool, between the very narrow entrance and the lack of space for flip-flops (we were literally stepping on each other’s feet), the lack of lounge chairs as well (during our two-day stay, we didn’t have any chairs and had to lay our towels on the ground), and the “unfinished” look of the decor, I think there’s definitely room for improvement.
The staff, although very young, is very friendly. You can still sense a shortage of staff during the wait times at the front desk and the counter, even though we’re in the middle of peak season (cost-cutting?).
    The food is very good.
Finally, the location is great for exploring the region.
Despite all that, we won’t be returning. Poor value for money (this isn’t our first time camping).

A very bad experience. During a heat wave, the pool was closed for a few days for no apparent reason. We’re traveling with four children and booked this location specifically for the pool. We received no explanation and no compensation. So, in terms of value for money, it was incredibly expensive. You won’t be seeing us here again. Too bad.

Zeer slechte ervaring. Prijs/kwaliteit ontzettend duur dus. Ons zie je hier niet meer terug. Jammer.
