The path is suitable for both relaxed walks and more challenging treks for sporty hikers or cyclists. Boat Trip to Îles Glénan
The Îles Glénan are an idyllic group of islands off the coast of Fouesnant, famous for their white sandy beaches and crystal-clear, turquoise waters. It’s no wonder they are often called the “Breton Caribbean.” From the port of Fouesnant, you board the boat and arrive in paradise in no time. Here you can snorkel among colorful marine life, take a refreshing swim, or simply relax on a quiet beach. Thanks to the remarkable biodiversity, the islands attract nature lovers from all over the world. You will also find unique flora that exists nowhere else. Whether you opt for a day full of activity or complete relaxation.
Visit the historic city of Quimper
Just a 25-minute drive from the campsite lies Quimper, the charming capital of Cornouaille. Stroll through streets lined with colorful half-timbered houses, admire the Gothic Saint-Corentin Cathedral, and discover art galleries and studios. At the market, sample local specialties such as crêpes, cider, and seafood. Quimper combines medieval charm with a lively atmosphere, making it an ideal day trip for families and culture enthusiasts.
Discover the Breton coast from your kayak
Kayaking along the coast of Fouesnant is a unique experience. As you paddle, you’ll discover rugged rocks, quiet bays, and hidden beaches that are often only accessible by water. The clear water and varied coastline make every trip special. Whether you choose a short route or spend a whole day at sea, kayaking is an active way to experience Brittany from a new perspective.

Summary created out of 160 reviews
The park boasts a fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from beautiful white sand beaches and excellent hiking and cycling paths. Guests appreciate the friendliness of the staff, the heated swimming pool with slides, and the peaceful, natural surroundings. The Food Truck receives many compliments for its delicious food. At the same time, there are significant concerns about maintenance standards: sanitary facilities are perceived as insufficiently clean, the pool shows wear on the floor covering, and accommodations can be outdated with shortcomings in cleaning and upkeep.

The welcome was lukewarm; there was no interaction, and they didn’t even show us to our site. “Hygiene” is a bit of a stretch for this campground, which clearly doesn’t deserve its 4 stars—the restrooms (showers and toilets) are so dirty, you have to see it to believe it. One of the young guys who’s supposed to be cleaning always does it while wearing sunglasses—how are you supposed to expect it to be clean??? During our stay, vacationers posted their complaints on A4 sheets of paper stuck to the walls of the restrooms. The pool is just as bad as the rest: the rules aren’t followed; young people are swimming in their underwear; balls are prohibited, but the pool supervisor (Stéphane) plays with a ball alongside his friends, who walk in wearing socks without going through the footbath—where he spends his time on his phone. There are only two washing machines, and for a campground of this size, that’s really not enough. The campground is located next to a marsh, so you spend your vacation surrounded by thousands of mosquitoes… in short, it really wasn’t the vacation we’d imagined, and the cost for the number of stars is way too high.

Dusty campground, paths with potholes, dirty restrooms with sand and dust because there’s no scraper at the shower exits, lack of ventilation in the women’s showers, and the water temperature is much too hot; average hospitality, mediocre entertainment, high prices at the food trucks, not enough trees on the grounds. A petanque court—and it would be nice to have a food truck open during the day with more tables and shade sails, as well as greenery and trees...

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the restrooms and showers—even the dishwashing area and the sinks.

Ideally located near a beautiful beach, this campground lacks amenities, including a grocery store. The sites aren’t marked off, and the mobile homes are right next to each other.
No information was provided at the welcome desk!
However, the area is very beautiful, and we had a wonderful time thanks to the sunshine!this is a translation, click here for the original

4⭐ because:
- a minor hiccup upon arrival (resolved in... 3 hours 🫣)
- there’s no permanent snack bar or restaurant
- the wristbands are scratchy, which isn’t practical when you have young children
Day 1 - A bit disappointing because we had to complain until 4:00 p.m. (the time for our drive-through pickup, even though we arrived at 1:30 p.m.) just to get the fridge delivered (€98 for 2 weeks—at that price, we shouldn’t even have to ask for it! Not to mention how run-down the fridges are) and a receptionist who doesn’t like being challenged—not very friendly.
On the other hand, another staff member, who was there most of the time, was always patient, pleasant, and understanding—thank you, miss!
The rest of the stay: Quiet, clean campground, clean and spacious restrooms (a pleasure compared to others), and friendly staff.
We loved our campsite, but my only complaint is that nothing is level, so pitching a tent isn’t easy.
A pleasant, laid-back campground if you like peace and quiet, since there isn’t much evening entertainment.
We’ll be back for three weeks next year (with our own fridge 😅)this is a translation, click here for the original
4⭐ car :

This campground is ideally located just a 600-meter walk from the white-sand beach and turquoise waters, near the town of Beg Meil and at the heart of beautiful hiking trails and stunning scenery between Cap Coz and Pointe de Mousterlin—features that certainly earn the campground its 4-star rating.
The campsites are spacious, although it takes a bit of patience to find them due to the lack of signs and markings. We also had to improvise as electricians to find a working outlet.
The water in the uncovered pool is a comfortable temperature. It’s a shame the surrounding area isn’t maintained (the equipment room under the slides)—all kinds of trash make you wonder about the pool’s upkeep.
The restrooms are generally clean, but we suggest you leave some squeegees there and give them a thorough cleaning during the off-season.. Definitely a first prize for the Halloween decorations.
As for the entertainment, a big thank you and congratulations to Naomie for her daily good humor and all the energy she put into organizing activities on what seemed to us to be a very tight budget.
This campground seemed to be drifting off course, and the captain must absolutely take the helm again to get this beautiful ship back on track—because it deserves better.
Finally, it would be nice to consider adding a restaurant and bar to make the atmosphere more welcoming.this is a translation, click here for the original
