    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    Camping venant d’être repris récemment. Les gérants sont super arrangeants, nous étions un groupe de plusieurs combi, les emplacements sont grands, cela fait 2 ans que nous venons passer 4 jours en juillet. Le lac est très proche, les sanitaires pourraient être nettoyés d’avantage. Le petit bar plage est super sympa !

    This is our third time staying at this campground, and it’s always a total blast! The spot right across from the lake is just great; the campground is quiet, really cute, and we feel right at home there. The managers are super friendly and welcoming. Honestly, we have no complaints. We’ll definitely be back!

    3ᵉ fois qu’on vient dans ce camping, et c’est toujours un kif total ! L’emplacement en face du lac est juste top, le camping est calme, très mignon et on s’y sent vraiment bien. Les gérants sont super sympas et accueillants. Franchement, rien à redire. On reviendra, c’est sûr !

    A large, very welcoming campground with well-defined sites. We travel by bike, and we really appreciated having access to the common area with tables and chairs.
