    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

The park is beautifully situated along the Loire and the Canal de Briare, with spacious pitches and plenty of nature all around. Guests appreciate the friendly welcome and the tranquility of the grounds, as well as the central location near Briare. Major areas for improvement are the outdated and insufficiently cleaned sanitary facilities, where guests regularly miss toilet paper and soap, and the maintenance of the grass and pool which falls short.

    Stayed for 2 nights—beautiful campground, spacious sites, the restrooms are nice, the showers have good water pressure, and the water is nice and hot. 👍 There’s a bar and brasserie in the center, 1.7 km away, where we had a great meal. Thank you.

    Three great days at this campground, which is ideally located in a beautiful setting, with scenic walks along the canal and bike rides on the towpath. The cottage was nice and convenient. We had a great stay ☀️

    A quiet spot, but with a lot of bugs, especially at night.
    Unfortunately, the campground has only one restroom building, which means a long walk if your site is at the back. Also, the pool is very small, and the playground was closed.
    As for the accommodations, the floor of the cabin creaks a lot, which is quite unpleasant. Finally, the rental bikes are poorly maintained (flat tires and brakes that don’t work).

    Endroit calme, mais avec une présence importante d'insectes, surtout la nuit.
    Le camping ne dispose malheureusement que d'un seul bloc sanitaire, ce qui fait beaucoup de marche si l'emplacement est situé au fond. De plus, la piscine est très petite et les jeux pour enfants étaient fermés.
    Concernant les hébergements, le chalet craque énormément au niveau du plancher, ce qui s'avère assez désagréable. Enfin, les vélos proposés à la location sont mal entretenus (pneus dégonflés et freins non fonctionnels).
