General information

Stay in this unique accommodation that combines the best of a tent and a chalet. At night you will sleep comfortably under the tent canvas on the upper floor, while during the day you can relax in the cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen of the wooden cabin on the first floor.

The Cahuttes were located on stilts in the middle of the trees, giving you an unforgettable experience! This accommodation, with a spacious terrace of 16 m², can accommodate up to 5 people and is fully equipped. Plus point: bed linen and towels are included!

On the first floor you will find a common room with a kitchenette (including sink, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and dishes), a dining area and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the upper floor, under the canvas, there are sleeping places with 1 double mattress (140 × 200) and 3 single mattresses (60 × 200).

Outside you can enjoy a wooden terrace with table and chairs, a parasol, 2 folding chairs and a plancha.

    Extremely disappointing stay at Huttopia Senonches over the May 1st weekend. We know perfectly well that this is a wilderness accommodation, but that in no way justifies the state of the tent on our arrival: very dirty floor, numerous dead insects, terrace covered in bird droppings, dirty work surface, bedding with dirt and blankets laid directly on a dusty floor. We had to clean it ourselves as soon as we arrived. Several of the facilities were also faulty: the shower door wouldn't close, the tent roof was partially unstuck, and the bed was uncomfortably high and slack. We had paid for extra sheets and towels but had to wait until 9.40pm to get them, without even having comforter covers. As for the bicycles reserved, the equipment was available but no member of staff was present to deliver them to us at the scheduled time. The most regrettable aspect of all this was that the staff seemed totally overwhelmed and permanently understaffed. We're not questioning their individual commitment, as they were clearly doing what they could under complicated conditions. On the other hand, despite a detailed complaint and several exchanges with customer service and Booking.com, no real assistance or suitable refund proposal has been made to date. Very disappointing considering the price paid and the image of the Huttopia brand.

    Séjour extrêmement décevant à Huttopia Senonches durant le week-end du 1er mai. Nous savons parfaitement qu’il s’agit d’un hébergement en pleine nature, mais cela ne justifie absolument pas l’état de la tente à notre arrivée : sol très sale, nombreux insectes morts, terrasse couverte de déjections d’oiseaux, plan de travail sale, literie avec des salissures et couvertures posées directement sur un sol poussiéreux. Nous avons dû faire le ménage nous-mêmes dès notre arrivée. Plusieurs équipements étaient également défectueux : porte de douche ne fermant pas, toit de la tente partiellement décollé, couchage en hauteur détendu et inconfortable. Nous avions payé des draps et serviettes en supplément mais avons dû attendre jusqu’à 21h40 pour les obtenir, sans même avoir de housses de couette. Concernant les vélos réservés, les équipements étaient disponibles mais aucun membre du personnel n’était présent pour nous les remettre à l’heure prévue. Le plus regrettable dans tout cela est que le personnel semblait totalement débordé et en sous-effectif permanent. Nous ne remettons pas en cause leur implication individuelle, car ils faisaient manifestement ce qu’ils pouvaient dans des conditions compliquées. En revanche, malgré une réclamation détaillée et plusieurs échanges avec le service client et Booking.com, aucune réelle prise en charge ni proposition de remboursement adaptée n’a été faite à ce jour. Très décevant au vu du prix payé et de l’image de la marque Huttopia.
