Guests particularly appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who speak multiple languages and are always ready to assist. The sanitary facilities are regularly cleaned and considered functional, though some guests find them somewhat dated. The restaurant with terrace is popular for simple but tasty meals and fresh bread, and the heated pool offers refreshment. The spacious pitches in a green, wooded environment are highly valued, as is the quiet and relaxed atmosphere at this small-scale campsite.

I've been there several times before, but it is and always will be a cozy family campground with exceptionally friendly owners! There are also plenty of interesting sights in the area, such as the Citadelle de Bitche.

The spaces are nice and spacious; you can easily park your car there without really feeling like it’s in the way.

The owners are fluent in several languages, which is really ideal. Every evening, the restaurant prepares a meal—very convenient if you’re just passing through. Just make sure to let them know you’d like to eat there. The sandwich service doesn’t start until 8:30 p.m., so if you’re passing through and want to leave early, that’s not ideal.

The location is on the outskirts of a small village. There’s a supermarket and a McDonald’s nearby. There’s plenty of space around the campground to walk your dog, but there isn’t much else to do.

The campground itself offers plenty of entertainment for young children; the pool is small, though, but perfect for cooling off after a long day of driving.
