Park 2545 is conveniently located near Nancy with good bus connections and is appreciated for its spacious, shaded pitches and green, peaceful atmosphere. Guests praise the friendly staff at reception and cleaning services, as well as the covered swimming pool and reasonably priced restaurant. However, sanitary facilities are a major concern: guests complain about outdated, insufficient and often dirty amenities, inconsistent hot water supply and maintenance shortcomings.

Terrible campground. We had reserved a spot here, but upon arrival we had to find our own spot on two designated fields. However, there wasn’t a single spot available there—everything was all jumbled up. When we said we were going to leave, the guy at the front desk was kind enough to show us another spot. We had a choice of three: one was very far from the electricity, the second was right across from the playground (where kids play late into the night), and the third spot was the best of the three. However, it turned out to be already occupied, so in the end we just parked somewhere along the path. Once, but never again. You reserve a spot, pay for it, and then end up parked along a path. It’s also a very noisy campground—still plenty of noise at 11 p.m.

Vreselijke camping.

The worst campground I’ve ever stayed at in France—and I’ve stayed at a lot of them over the past 40 years!
The staff was rude; they asked me to pay the deposit in cash—which is unthinkable in 2026—and told me I hadn’t paid for my mobile home—even though, for the reservation to be valid, full payment is required one month in advance, and the envelope with our name on it was already prepared.
The misleading website advertises a “water park with a hot tub” (which I’m still looking for—just a small pool and a few lounge chairs...) and a nonexistent grocery store (which is actually just two shelves of a few items at the front desk).
The mobile home itself is nice, thankfully, though one downside is the shower, which doesn’t hold hot water for more than 3 minutes.
The snack bar is only open in the late afternoon—that way they save on staff....
In short, I’ll stay here once, but not twice! Too bad—I visit the area often. I’ll go back to Airbnb.
