    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    As someone who has been camping here for several years, I’m generally satisfied with the campground; however, I wish there were more evening activities for families—and I would have especially enjoyed a boxing workshop.

    We hadn’t been to this campground in several years; we used to stay there more often for just one night. Our experiences back then were good. That’s why we decided to stop by again this year.
    “Faded glory”!! What a desolate place. The restrooms were in a terrible state and just plain filthy.
    The last time we were there, the pool was under construction and not yet open (I think about five years ago); now… it’s not being maintained. The wading pool is leaking… moldy… as if the pool were already 35 years old.
    No, not recommended… next time we’ll look for something else…
    It does have a nice view of the city of Nancy, though, when you walk through the park…

    Wij waren al een aantal jaren niet meer op deze camping geweest, voorheen bleven we vaker 1 nacht staan om te overnachten. Onze ervaringen toen waren goed. Daarom dit jaar weer eens langs gegaan.
    "Vergaane glorie" !! Wat een troosteloze bedoeling. Sanitair was is dramatische toestand en gewoon smerig.
    Laatste keer dat we er waren, was het zwembad in aanbouw en nog niet geopent (denk 5 jaar geleden) nu... niet onderhouden. Pierebad lek... schimmel.. of het zwembad al 35 jaar oud was.
    Nee, geen aanrader... volgende keer zoeken we wel wat anders..
    Wel een mooi uitzicht over de stad Nancy. Als je door het park wandeld...
