    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    For years, we’ve been stopping in Nancy time and again on our way south because it’s conveniently located for us. Even during our last stay in 2023, the campground had clearly declined compared to previous years, so we’d decided to try a different one. However, that one was fully booked (in early September), so we had no choice but to head back to … Brabois. We then discovered that the campground is now operated by SEASONOVA (we’d had a good experience staying at one of their sites in Merville-Franceville in 2024). Unfortunately, that positive experience didn’t carry over to Brabois. The welcome was friendly (a plus for that), but the rest? Finding a decent, working electrical hookup… was more a matter of luck. Water station? As dry as the surrounding area—that’s what the restroom building is for, after all. One of them was being used as a large storage area for trash bags. The other one? Two toilets on the men’s side—I seem to recall that the three (theoretical) urinals were already missing back in 2023 (though I could be wrong). Bottom line: After a few stays, we’re no longer fans—not even the low price can make up for it.

    Seit Jahren machen wir immer wieder in Nancy Station auf dem Weg in den Süden, weil es für uns günstig liegt. Schon beim letzten Aufenthalt 2023 hatte der Platz deutlich gegenüber den Vorjahren nachgelassen, so dass wir uns für einen anderen Platz entschieden hatten. Der war allerdings (Anfang September) ausgebucht, so dass uns nichts anderes übrig blieb, als wieder Brabois anzusteuern. Haben dann festgestellt, dass der Platz nun unter SEASONOVA firmiert (dort hatten wir 2024 in Merville-Franceville gute Erfahrungen genacht.) Leider haben sich diese nicht auf Brabois bestätigt. Der Empfang war freundlich (dafür auch ein Punkt) aber der Rest ? Einen vernünftigen, funktionierenden Stromanschluss zu finden ... eher Glückssache. Wasserstelle ? Trocken wie die Umgebung, dafür gibt es ja das Sanitärhaus. Eins davon als Großlager für Müllsäcke genutzt. Das andere ? 2 Toiletten auf der Männerseite, ich meine mich erinnern zu können, dass die 3 (theoretischen) Urinale schon 2023 fehlten (kann mich aber auch irren). Fazit: Nach einigen Aufenthalten mögen wir nicht mehr, da hilft auch der günstige Preis nicht.

    Very friendly staff, good campsites, and the restrooms are clean—until the first idiot walks into the building with muddy shoes (after it rains). They could use a renovation, though.

    Very dirty restrooms—the toilets were really bad, but the showers were okay. Long wait at the front desk, but the staff was very friendly. The location near the city is, of course, great. For travelers who rely on the restrooms, I recommend staying no more than one night. 19.50 for two people with a tent is a fair price.
