    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

Park 601 is a quiet campsite with spacious, green pitches separated by hedges, ideal for transit travellers and spa guests. Guests appreciate the friendly welcome and staff, the convenient location within walking distance of Vittel centre, and the reasonable price. However, maintenance of the sanitary facilities and reception opening hours regularly attract criticism: toilets are not cleaned frequently enough, there are complaints about missing toilet seats and unpleasant odours, and reception is often closed, making it difficult for guests to reach staff or requiring self-check-in via a code.

    So where to start: first, the location—putting accommodations between the entrance roundabout and the road isn’t a great idea, especially when, three times during the night, extremely loud cars drive by less than 50 meters away. As for comfort, don’t even get me started—and the lack of amenities is just as bad. And to top it all off, the condition of the campground and the restrooms!!!! If you want to relax, definitely don’t go there. One small plus, though: the staff is friendly. Very pleasant.

    Alors par quoi commencer : déjà l emplacement : mettre des logements entre le rond point de l entrée et la route n est pas une super idee surtout quand 3 fois dans la nuit des voitures hyper bruyante passe a meme pas 50 m , le confort n en parlons pas , le manque d équipement pareil . Et le summum l état du camping et des sanitaires !!!!si vous désirez vous reposer n allez surtout pas la . Un petit plus quand meme la sympathie du personnel . Très agréable.
