    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    Sandra made us feel very welcome. She preferred to give us a pitch on gravel in view of the overnight rain. The architecture of Saverne town center is remarkable, and finally we visited the Château du Haut Barr with its 3 ✨️ restaurant overlooking the valley and Strasbourg cathedral in the distance. ⛰️❤️

    Un super accueil fait par Sandra. Elle a préféré nous donner un emplacement sur gravier au vue des pluies de la nuit. Le centre ville de Saverne et son architecture est remarquable et pour finir nous avons visité le château du Haut Barr son restaurant 3 ✨️ avec une vue sur la vallée on l'on peut voir au loin la cathédrale de Strasbourg. ⛰️❤️

    Good campsite with large pitches. With QR code you could easily check in and pick your own pitch. So arriving possible at any time. Sanitary facilities super nice and clean. Within walking distance of an interesting city. Really highly recommended. And payment later at the reception was with a very friendly employee.

    Goede camping met grote staanplaatsen. Met QR code kon je eenvoudig inchecken en zelf een plaats uitzoeken. Dus aankomen mogelijk op elke tijd. Sanitair super mooi en schoon. Op loopafstand van een interessante stad. Echt een aanrader. En de betaling later bij de receptie was bij een zeer vriendelijke medewerkster.

    This campsite is top class! A great meadow for camping with endless space and lots of bits and bobs to have fun with. Above all, there is a communal room with a microwave, TV and books, which is very nice. Apart from that, the sanitary facilities are good, especially because there is nice atmospheric music playing throughout. I had nothing to complain about! It was also really cheap :)

    Dieser Campingplatz ist spitzenklasse! Eine tolle Wiese zum Zelten mit Platz ohne Ende und viel Krimskrams an dem man bestimmt auch Spaß haben kann. Vor allem gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Mikrowelle, Fernseher und Büchern der sehr schön ist. Ansonsten sind die Sanitäranlagen gut, besonders weil dort durchgängig schöne atmosphärische Musik läuft. Ich hatte nichts zu beanstanden! Außerdem war es echt günstig:)
