    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    The campground feels a bit outdated. We had to check in ourselves when we arrived in the early season. The electricity was a nightmare—on, off, on, off. That went on for two days until we were finally without power for 15 hours. There was no communication about what was going on or what we could expect. It was quite chilly, with nighttime temperatures of 3 degrees. In the end, we decided to cut our losses and left for another campground. By the way, we spoke with other people at the campground, and they told us there had been power problems the year before as well.

    Camping doet wat verouderd aan. Bij aankomst in voorseizoen zelf inchecken. De stroom was drama. Aan-uit-aan-uit. Dat ging 2 dagen zo door totdat we uiteindelijk 15 uur zonder stroom zaten. Er werd niet gecommuniceerd wat er aan de hand was of waar we op konden rekenen. Toch wel fris met snachts temperaturen van 3 graden. Uiteindelijk maar eieren voor ons geld gekozen en vertrokken naar een andere camping. Overigens spraken wij andere mensen op de camping en die vertelden dat er het jaar hiervoor ook al stroomproblemen waren.

    Beautiful campsite in the countryside. Very quiet, large pitches. You can also get in when the reception is not manned. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities were not and were not cleaned during our stay. What a pity. The lawn should also be mowed again.

    Schöner Campingplatz im Grünen. Sehr ruhig, grosse Plätze. Man kommt auch rein, wenn die Reception nicht besetzt ist. Leider waren und wurden die Sanitären Anlagen während unserem Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt. Schade. Zudem sollte der Rasen wieder einmal gemäht werden.

    Worst stay, no electricity, no one answering the phone, impossible to leave the campsite, gate closed due to lack of electricity, late arrival for our appointment. In short, I wouldn't recommend this campsite at all, even though the accommodation is very nice. The human and technical services need to be reviewed.

    Pire séjour, pas d’électricité, personne ne répond au téléphone, impossible de sortir du camping barrière fermée du au manque d’électricité, arrivée en retard à notre rendez-vous. Bref je ne recommande pas du tout pourtant les logements sont sympa, il faudrait revoir à tout le service humain et technique
