A simple and peaceful campground with incredibly friendly staff; the restroom facilities were cleaned daily. We were completely satisfied, and if we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely stay here.

Great for everyone. Kids have a blast with the go-karts (with sidecars). It’s clean. It’s spacious with plenty of shade. Quiet yet lively. The owners are super friendly. Cheese/sausage/wine tasting days. Gardens perfect for relaxing. Breakfast and bread (high-quality pastries & baguettes available to order). Flammkuchen, pizzas, and more à la carte... Multicultural & multigenerational. Pet-friendly. Camping Vauban is safe and secure. You choose your own spot (forest or wall side). More on that: the Neuf-Brisach fortress is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. I recommend it to my German friends, but also to my French (Parisian) buddies!!!!!!!!!! It’s a military site—a magnificent and magical place (look it up on Wikipedia if you don’t believe me about the history of this place). There are also “fusion” style restaurants, a tea room, and so on and so forth

This was my second time staying at Tente Lonna. I really like the campground and the town. It’s idyllic. It’s a great place to stay, especially for cyclists. There’s a room with a fridge and charging stations for cell phones. The town, Neuf-Brisach, is impressive and has several places to eat. The campground has a pool and a snack bar, but they don’t open until the peak season.

We stayed here for a week. It’s actually a really great place. You can hear birds everywhere, and it’s in a quiet location. There are shopping options nearby, including Intermarché, Aldi Nord, and Lidl. You can go for a walk right in the village. A walk around the city wall, great hay sculptures, or other sculptures, plants, and paths. As for the site itself, it has a lot of room for improvement. I think this could be something really great if they just put a little more money into it. The restrooms are old but always smelly. The doors were broken... one door broke right during our stay, and the women had to share a restroom, but it was fixed quickly. The showers were being retiled right in the middle of our stay; they were sawing and hammering during lunch break... a no-go if you just want a few days of peace and quiet—that could have been done earlier. The showers were okay, though. Unfortunately, the pool was constantly closed, and you really had to beg them to open it. I asked once, and the ladies assured me right away that someone would be coming right away—and that’s exactly what happened. On the other days, though, it was unfortunately always closed. The pool was clean and the water was warm and well-heated. Even I went in the water, and I’m usually the type who gets cold easily. The restrooms were cleaned once a day. Unfortunately, they only speak English and French here, but they understand German—they just answer in English. That’s totally fine—there’s always Google Translate. The water for rinsing is very hot 🔥, but I prefer rinsing with hot water rather than cold—everything is clean there too. The people camping here are all very clean; it’s never disgustingly dirty… it’s just that some people are just disgusting. I always used my own toilet paper anyway. You can pick your own spot; we set up right at the front where the restrooms aren’t too far away. There’s a big playground, a basketball court, ping-pong tables, and a nice pool. A basketball court and plenty of space to run around. There’s a food truck here with a nice terrace, but unfortunately it was closed. I would have loved to buy something tasty to eat in between meals instead of cooking or grilling myself. In any case, there are many Germans here and children who speak German. Note: no Wi-Fi. For our daughter on rainy days, it gets very boring (she’s a teen)—without the internet, it’s like the end of the world. It cost us a lot of data because it rained so much. Otherwise, as far as I’m concerned, everything’s fine. A little more maintenance and this would be an absolutely fantastic campground. My husband and I will definitely be coming back here a few more times in the next few years. Affordable and quiet—that’s exactly what camping is all about for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 stars

Many large sites (you can choose your own), quiet and affordable. The only downside is that the restrooms are outdated. What bothered us the most was that the showers are cleaned in the morning when guests want to shower. We understand that cleaning is important—but they could do it during the day when the guests are out.
