    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

Guests particularly appreciate the clean and modern sanitary facilities and the covered heated swimming pool with slide. The friendly and helpful staff receive many compliments, as do the spacious and well-maintained pitches. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient location within walking distance of the town centre and a short drive from supermarkets and beach complete the park experience. Areas for improvement include the swimming pool water temperature, camper placement and maintenance of some facilities.

    After receiving a Wonderbox as a gift, the accommodations were fine, but as for the evening meal—meh: Piedmontese salad in a tray, grated carrots in a tray, vacuum-sealed chicken breast, a baguette (probably from that morning), Président Camembert without butter, and a bottle of wine. Since we were in Normandy, a bottle of cider would have been … welcome, and the breakfast was run-of-the-mill: orange juice, coffee, a croissant, a baguette, and jam. In short, no local products. Too bad. Disappointed by the service. I won’t be coming back, especially since this wasn’t the first time I’d booked a stay through a Wonderbox.

    Suite à une wonderbox offerte le logement bien mais concernant le panier du soir bof salade piémontaise en barquette carotte râpée en barquette blanc de poulet sous vide baguette certainement du matin camembert président sans beurre et bouteille vin. Étant en Normandie une bouteille de cidre aurait été la bienvenue et le petit déjeuner banal jus d orange café croissant baguette confiture. Bref aucun produit du terroir. Dommage. Déçue par le service. Je ne reviendrais pas en sachant que c était pas la 1ere fois que je faisais un séjour via une wonderbox
