    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

The location is ideal: via the cycle path behind the campsite you reach Mont-Saint-Michel in 20-30 minutes, and the town of Pontorson with supermarket is within walking distance. The heated pool, playgrounds and petting farm with goats, rabbits and guinea pigs make it a lovely place for families. Points for improvement include noise from the nearby N117, limited maintenance of some facilities (such as table tennis tables and paths), and the small pool size during high season.

    My main complaint is the quality of the showers: the water jets directly out of the wall with a very strong and uneven flow (it splashes everywhere—it’s impossible to avoid—and it doesn’t rinse well), forcing you to press the button again every 20–30 seconds, and the water temperature is very inconsistent. Using the restrooms was definitely no … fun. The overcrowding was unpleasant. The staff was friendly, but the fairly high prices are hardly justified. I don’t recommend it.

    Je blâme surtout la qualité des douches : le jet sort directement du mur, avec un débit très fort et très inégal (on éclabousse tout, impossible d'y échapper, et ça rince mal), obligé de rappuyer sur le bouton toutes les 20-30sec, la température de l'eau est très inégale. Le passage aux sanitaires n'était vraiment pas une partie de plaisir. Une promiscuité peu agréable. Personnel sympathique mais les prix assez élevé sont peu justifiés. Je ne recommande pas.

    A very clean and well-maintained campground.
    Quiet location with very friendly staff. Not far from downtown
    And just 10 km from Mont Saint-Michel by bike via the greenway behind the campground.

    We spent two wonderful nights at this campground. We had a simple tent on a large site. The pool is large and heated. There are plenty of activities for kids (ping-pong tables, bike rentals, a tennis court, etc.). The staff is welcoming and friendly. There’s a bar where you can grab a bite to eat or have a drink. Mont Saint-Michel is accessible by bus or bike. I highly recommend it!

    Nous avons passé 2 superbes nuits dans ce camping. Nous avions une simple tente avec un grand emplacement. La piscine est grande et chauffée. Il y a beaucoup d’activités pour les enfants (tables de ping-pong, location de vélo, terrain de tennis, etc…). Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. Il y a un bar avec possibilité de manger et de boire un coup. Accessible au mont saint Michel par bus ou vélo. Je recommande !

    Perfectly located for visiting Mont Saint-Michel. It’s a 9-kilometer bike ride straight to the entrance of the attraction. Great service at the campground, friendly and helpful staff, and the small town—with its various restaurants and a supermarket—is easily accessible. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay!
