    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    Caravan, ecolodge, and mobile home sites for families: all facilities are new and well-equipped.
    Little or no shade—we’ll have to wait for the trees to grow—but there are pleasant terrace-style seating areas and wildflowers blooming between the sites.
    A nice pool, regular food trucks in the evenings, and three restroom facilities.
    A plus for some of us: for now, electric charging at the designated sites is free👍🏻

    Great, spacious sites, good restrooms, and the beach is close by—just a 700-meter walk. The staff is friendly, too; we’ve extended our stay five times because we’ve enjoyed it so much. And whether you’re on an e-bike or by car, the surrounding area is beautiful and there’s plenty to see.

    We spent a few wonderful days at this campground and had a truly great time.

    Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni meravigliosi in questo campeggio e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo.

    La piscina è curata, perfetta per rilassarsi nelle giornate più calde, mentre la vista è semplicemente spettacolare: svegliarsi ogni mattina con un panorama così è un vero privilegio.
