    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    • 70% 30 days before arrival date

    You will have to pay 100% if you are Booking less than 1 month before departure

    Ein grosses Dankeschön an die beiden Campingplatzbesitzer. Unsere Starterbatterie des Wohnmobils war defekt. Wir hatten sehr viel Hilfe (Anrufe, Übersetzungen) bei der Organisation.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Netter kleiner Campingplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

    Enjoyed our stay in the low season at this lovely site. Benefit of using ACSI as sites on the island can be expensive. Staff were delightful and we were allocated a good size pitch. Facilities were regularly cleaned and offered hot powerful showers although with a very limited push button timing. Location at a quieter part of the island was great and we enjoyed making use of extensive cycle paths and visiting Saint Martin. Very handy bread service, close to a carrefour and lots of useful information in reception.

    Nous avons un superbe moment sur votre camping avec une petite soirée bien sympa et surtout des personnes qui mettent tout l'heure cœur et la passion afun de donner du plaisir aux touristes, l ensemble du camping est vrai moment de bonheur que l ont partagent avec eux un grand merci, Pour une première Nous repasserons vous revoir...
