    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    I came with my family to explore the Île de Ré—and to propose marriage. The campground is great: clean and quiet, and the accommodations were comfortable and clean. The bar and reception area are well-designed. And the staff is lovely—attentive to guests and always concerned about our satisfaction. I highly recommend this beautiful campground.

    A disaster! That’s all I have to say. When we arrived, the mobile home hadn’t even been cleaned: a disgusting bath mat covered in dirty, greasy footprints; the stovetop was covered in grease; half-washed glasses; a dirty floor; cobwebs everywhere in the bathroom. It’s extremely disappointing, and I really wonder if the housekeeping staff even came by
