    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    Well-located with mostly shaded sites. However, the restrooms leave something to be desired: an old building that isn't very well maintained, malfunctioning showers, not always toilet paper in the restrooms, and cleaning that isn't very thorough.

    A campground we love to come back to!
    I visit this campground in Portes-en-Ré every year, and I’m never disappointed. I love its authentic, peaceful atmosphere, the warm welcome, and the kindness of the entire staff. The campground is well-maintained, with beautiful greenery that gives it plenty of charm. Its location is ideal: the village, the beaches, and the bike paths are all easily accessible. It’s a place where you can truly recharge.

    Je viens chaque année dans ce camping des Portes-en-Ré et je ne suis jamais déçue. J'apprécie son ambiance authentique et paisible, la qualité de l'accueil et la gentillesse de toute l'équipe. Le camping est bien entretenu, avec une belle végétation qui lui donne beaucoup de charme. Sa situation est idéale : le village, les plages et les pistes cyclables sont facilement accessibles. C'est un endroit où l'on se ressource vraiment.
