  Modification of the stay Unless otherwise stated in the Special Conditions of each campsite, the following provisions apply in case of changes to your stay. You can submit a request to change the dates and/or accommodation type of your stay at our campsite, provided your request is received by us by email at least 21 days before the original arrival date. You must then book a new stay at our campsite in the same season as the original planned stay, subject to availability and applicable rates. Your original stay can only be changed once. If you are unable to attend the replacement stay, it will be considered cancelled and the amounts paid will not be refunded. If the cost of the replacement stay is higher than that of the original stay, you must pay the difference. If not, the replacement stay will be considered cancelled and our cancellation conditions below will apply. If the cost of the replacement holiday is lower than that of the original holiday, we will retain the difference as compensation for the loss suffered as a result of the change.

  Cancellation of the stay Unless otherwise stated in the Special Conditions of each campsite, the following provisions apply in the event of cancellation. Cancellation by you Any cancellation must be communicated to us in writing via a valid medium (by email, registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, etc.) If your email or registered letter is received more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit, paid booking fees, and, if applicable, paid amounts for the cancellation insurance will be retained by the campsite. If your letter is submitted between the 30th and 15th day before your arrival, the deposit, booking fees paid at the time of reservation, and, if applicable, cancellation insurance paid at the time of reservation, will be retained by the campsite; the remainder of your stay cost will be credited to your next stay at the campsite, which must be booked within one year from the date of your stay. If you booked your stay less than 30 days before the arrival date and your cancellation letter is submitted 15 days or more prior to that date, the amounts corresponding to the deposit, booking fees, and the contribution for any cancellation insurance taken out as referred to in Article 2 of these General Terms and Conditions will be retained by the campsite; for the remaining amount, a voucher will be issued that can be used for a future stay at the campsite, which must be booked in the same season as the cancelled stay or the following season. If your letter is submitted less than 15 days before the arrival date, all costs already paid to the campsite are forfeited to the campsite. To receive any compensation, we recommend that you take out cancellation or interruption insurance at the time of booking. Notwithstanding the above, if your cancellation is due to the fact that you live in an area where, on the starting date of your stay, a restriction measure is in force prohibiting residents from traveling to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the amount of the paid deposit, booking fees, and, if applicable, the paid amounts for cancellation insurance will remain with the campsite; the remainder will be credited to your next stay at the campsite, which must be booked within one year from the date of your stay. This also applies if your cancellation letter is sent to us less than 15 days before the start of your stay; if your cancellation is the result of force majeure, that is, an unforeseeable, unavoidable (insurmountable), and external event (beyond your control), all amounts you have paid will be refunded.

  Cancellation by the campsite If we are forced to cancel a confirmed reservation for you, we will inform you as soon as possible by email; the amounts paid will be fully refunded within a period specified in the Special Conditions for each campsite.

  Cancellation insurance

  Our prices do not include travel insurance. This is optional and can be offered in the Special Conditions.

• Payment information

  All reservation requests must be accompanied by:

  the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay, together with the cost of the services reserved, including VAT and, if applicable, also including tourist tax. However, the campsite may apply a different amount, which will be indicated in the Special Conditions, the payment of booking fees, the amount of which is specified in the Special Conditions for each campsite, cancellation insurance, if taken out. The reservation is only binding upon receipt by you of the written confirmation by e-mail, which summarizes all the information regarding your stay.

  The amount of the stay, together with the cost of the services booked, including VAT, and if applicable, the tourist tax, must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. If the balance is not paid by the aforementioned deadline, the stay will be considered cancelled and our cancellation policy as described below will apply.

  All reservations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless more favorable terms may be mentioned.
