    Very pleasant experience. The trapper tent was a big hit with the kids. Arcachon's main beach is a 20-25 min walk away, a bit strenuous but well worth it even with children. If necessary, a bus is available a few meters from the campsite. The breakfast pastries were very good. Special mention to the staff who went out of their way to make sure we could enjoy the Champions League final in the living area.

    Expérience très agréable. La tente trappeur a beaucoup plus aux enfants. Plage principale d'Arcachon à 20-25 min de marche un peu sportive mais ça se fait bien même avec des enfants. Si besoin un bus est disponible à quelques mètres du camping. Les viennoiseries du petit déjeuner étaient très bonnes. Spéciale mention au personnel qui s'est démené pour nous faire profiter de la finale de ligue des champions dans l'espace de vie.

    It's always a pleasure to come to Arcachon for the Jumping des Sables. The team is always top-notch and the site is very calm and pleasant. I'll be delighted to come back next year for the 4th time!

    This is one of those situations where you want to give a 7 out of 10 / 3.5 out of 5. 3 out of 5 seems too low but 4 out of 5 is too high. Stayed here 2 nights. Thought it was good not great. Pitches were alright. Pool is small and quickly inundated with children. Breakfast was good value. Some of the showers clean, some dirty. €5 to do a wash, which seemed a lot. Located on the very fringes of town, you need to cycle - 10 to 15 mins or a 25 to 30 min walk to the centre. It was ok for 2 nights but wouldn’t rush back and wouldn’t be the first on the list of recommendations - but not terrible. May be good if you had kids, we didn’t.
