    Never again at Huttopia. We were in an emergency situation due to an evacuation and had to cancel our campsite reservation because our trailer was surrounded by fire. Now that we have our trailer back, we wanted to go to the campground, but our spot had been given to someone else. I can understand that part, but I can’t accept that we’re not getting our money back and aren’t allowed on the campground. They’re basically charging us twice, and in my opinion, that’s unethical business practice.

    Nie wieder Huttopia. Wir waren in einer Notsituation wegen einer Evakuierung und mussten unseren Campingplatz stornieren, da unser Wohnwagen von einem Feuer eingeschlossen war. Jetzt haben wir unseren Wohnwagen zurück und wollten auf den Campingplatz fahren, doch unser Platz wurde an andere vergeben. Diesen Punkt kann ich verstehen, allerdings nicht, dass wir weder das Geld zurück bekommen noch auf den Campingplatz dürfen. Die kassieren einfach doppelt ab und das sind aus meiner Sicht unmoralische Geschäftspraktiken.
