Eco-Chic Glamping Tent is a cosy glamping tent at Le Domaine de la Salamandre in Auriac-du-Périgord. Set on a 41-hectare organic estate, the accommodation is a lovely choice for a peaceful stay in the French countryside.

Inside the 4-metre tent, you’ll find a real bed and soft solar lighting, giving you a simple but comfortable place to relax. If you are travelling with a child under 10, the convertible armchair offers an extra sleeping option.

Close to the tent, you have a private wooden cabin with eco-friendly dry toilets, a shower and a sink. This gives you your own sanitary space while keeping the natural glamping feel.

Guests can cool off in the natural pool, which is cleaned by plants and does not use chemicals. A complimentary breakfast for two is served in the dining room. There is also a shared kitchen area with a fridge and electric cooktop, handy for preparing simple meals or storing local products.

The estate focuses on sustainability, with careful use of water and energy, recycling and organic products. Home-grown products such as walnut oil and honey are available on site.

Wi-Fi is only available on the communal terraces, making this a nice place to switch off and enjoy the quiet surroundings. Bed linen is not included by default, but a linen package can be arranged. Pets are not allowed.
