Summary created out of 145 reviews

The campsite is within walking distance of the centre of Gruissan, making shops and restaurants easily accessible. The reception staff are regularly described as friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are clean, although guests note that they are outdated and the shower temperature cannot be adjusted – which is particularly unpleasant in warm weather. The campsite has limited shade on the pitches and few facilities such as animation or a swimming pool, making it best suited for those seeking peace and planning their own activities in the surrounding area.

The only plus of this campground is that it’s located at the foot of the village.
    The downsides:
The campsites are small, you’re crammed right up against your neighbors, and the restrooms are uncomfortable: scalding hot water in the showers, no private restrooms, and the whole place is very run-down
. Wi-Fi is available for those who want it, but you have to go to the bar to use it.
And finally, there are wasps at lunchtime and in the evening, making it impossible to eat outside.
For €20/day with ASCI, this price doesn’t meet expectations.

    We didn't like it.
As soon as we arrived, we wanted to leave because the campsites and privacy were nonexistent. There’s no shade; it’s a coastal spot that’s very sunny and hot.
When we arrived, we asked to leave after 5 minutes because we weren’t satisfied with the campground, but they wouldn’t give us a refund. They told us they had to request a refund by mail from the owners, who might or might not approve it.
The bathrooms were dirty, and the showers are in a shed with a metal grate on top—the facilities look very neglected.
    We won’t be back.

The only positive thing was the receptionist.

    No volveremos.

    Lo único positivo, la recepcionista.

It's right on the outskirts of Gruissan, so the town center is within walking distance. You can reach everywhere else by bike thanks to the well-maintained paths! Unfortunately, the bar was closed this year, as was the children's water park—what a shame! The restrooms are a bit dated, but they're cleaned every day and are clean!
